So, the hygienist who is an older white lady is a rude b**** I came in with my 3 daughters to get a cleaning. I didn't mind we was there for 3 hours. What I minded was when one of my girls started getting scared of a numbing needle and then had a cramp in her leg the old c*** decided to yell at her which I then told her not to speak to her that way it's really unprofessional. Idk why or how she even has a job let alone working on children's teeth. I've contacted a few donors. And tomorrow I'm hoping the board gets back with me because I'm going for this lady's license. I am a lead nurse at my clinic and I would never speak to my patients the way she did. It baffled me. So, please do not bring your kids there unless she's not there. The new girl , however was such a dream to work with and was so nice. read more

Do not go here. I signed a piece of paper under the impression that they would take an amount from my bank account as a down payment and then each month for the next six months a payment would auto draft. They took the down payment and then took a payment two days later. I called, I was told at first it would go back in my bank so to just keep an eye on my account for the credit. A week later I call back and say I have not received the money back and I am told that it isn't possible to refund it, but that the next month I would not have a payment due. I spoke with someone in the finance office and she assured me it would not come out. Guess what, the payment came out. When I call I am talking to people who are only able to read notes. And they then tell me that I need to send in my bank info bc one of the payments isn't even showing in their system. I send it in and still do not get a call from the finance person, Michelle. And then they say I have a payment due?? After two months of dealing with this I have never got a return call from Michelle. I have made at least twenty phone calls to their business to try to resolve this and this Michelle has never returned one call. No one is on the same page. Do not go here. Do not go here. The staff is friendly enough but more worried about looking like a decent business online and not actually being one. Go anywhere else. read more

Not very happy with Redbud Dental in Moore, OK. Was seen by Dr. Hong. Had dental work done. I was given a cost share and paid it before the work was done. At the time I was happy but now I am not. 5 months later the office manager decides I didn't pay enough. I received a bill this week stating I still owe $97. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one they are sending bills to! read more

A place to get ripped off. Came in for check up and didn't tell them they were my second opinion just to see what they would say. I went from my first dentist (a much higher end one that my family goes to that does good work but is expensive) telling me I needed to pull a tooth and had 4 cavities to this Redbud dentist wanting to do 5! yes 5 crowns and told me I need 6 teeth extracted lol and then when I was looking over the cost I noticed they put an EXTRA crown on the bill and asked what that was for and they just replied ohh sorry let me take that off. Then I had asked after the tooth be pulled about getting a bridge cause its supposed to be half the price of an implant and they wanted to charge me 3 TIMES the amount my sister just paid a week ago for her implant! Just ridiculous in the end they wanted to max out my insurance and then said I would owe them 10,000 hahaha I never really leave reviews but I wanted warn people about this place yea it looks really nice and its a newer dentist but youll end up with them telling you that you need unnecessary treatments and procedures and taking all your insurance and trying to clean out your bank account to pay for there new business. read more

Chipped a back tooth that had had a previous filling. Called Dental Express for pricing and was given prices that seemed reasonable. I was able to get a immediate appointment. A temporary crown was applied with the permanent crown to be applied in a couple of weeks. Xrays and exam determined that I had a couple of small cavities that needed to be taken care of in the near future. It was decided they would be fixed when the permanent crown was applied. All the personnel were friendly and helpful I would recommend this office. The one draw back was the long wait for the permament crown, as several other dentist offering in office crowns. read more

Well if you want to feel like an inconvenience and have your face ripped around get asked to leave MID extraction bc dentist had her own dental appointment to go toDr. Zonaira Ahmad. THEN tells you after all of the pain and such that bc I had an emergency ectopic pregnancy surgery in Sept that she wouldnt give me any pain relief. I am not one to bitch about it, but i cant take IB800 or any other anti inflammatory bc of my stomach and digestion issue. She told me I couldn't take Tumeric post extraction. But i told her prior to the removal if she wouldnt be able to write something for pain. Dont touch me, I would wait to see my dentist after his vacation. She lied and said okay, then when she was done. She sat there and made me feel like a scum bag drug seaking patient. I also didnt request a narcotic, I requested a RX for pain. There is many options. I would sit in the agony I was comfortable with, well next time I will. She treats her patients with disregard, and doesnt listen to her patients wishes. Does as she pleases and then makes you feel bad for questioning it. Completely disregarding to the people that hire her. As a patient I hired her and trusted her. One tooth over three hours and massive disrespect. . I will follow up with a different doctor at my 1 week check at redbud. But She will not be welcome back in my presense period! read more
