I called last week, asking if the could get my husband in because he was in pain due to the needed extractions. I was assured we would hear back on Tuesday. We never received a call back. Today we arrived for our cleanings. They had no records of our appointments. They now reschedule our appointments for September. We are new to the area. I was scheduled for an appointment and then received a call the day of telling me it needed to be rescheduled because my dentist was not working that day. When I asked how an appointment could have been scheduled if the dentist wasn't even in the office, I was told it was the front desk's mistake. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't the scheduling error. It was how it was handled. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a sincere apology, the office manager immediately became defensive and repeatedly blamed me, claiming they had called me the day before. I never received any call, yet my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. What shocked me most was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. When I finally said I would be finding a new dentist, there was no attempt to resolve the situation, apologize, or even acknowledge the inconvenience they had caused. It was clear they simply did not care about my experience as a patient. Mistakes happen in every office. The true measure of a practice is how they treat people when those mistakes occur. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office and have chosen to seek dental care elsewhere.

Then suddenly Renee informs me I'm out of network. Couldn't have told me this before? Especially considering I've been loyal to this office for 10 years?! I called to question it and they said they might've charged me for my DADS exam or something. I haven't been under his insurance in years.
