I called last week, asking if the could get my husband in because he was in pain due to the needed extractions. I was assured we would hear back on Tuesday. We never received a call back. Today we arrived for our cleanings. They had no records of our appointments. They now reschedule our appointments for September. We are new to the area. I confirmed the time of my scheduled appointments and Cassandra said I'm not going to be able to get my teeth cleaned the same day which is odd when she scheduled it. I finally make it to my appointment for the filling which was at 10AM. I sat waiting until 10:30 before I asked would it be longer. I used Jefferson Dental for a couple of years with no problems. Then needed partial dentures. Was…read morehoping to get them before going on vacation, didn't happen. Paid the fee upfront and had scan done. Then just before going on vacation, a few weeks later, called to check status. Was scheduled for first fitting just before leaving on vacation. When I got back from vacation a couple of weeks later, tried to call the office a few times with no response. Then received a call stating they had closed and would have to send me a refund. OK. Then got a call stating they had made arrangements with another dental office and to get me my partial and set schedule for the afternoon a couple days later. Day of appointment, I get a call stating I have to come in that morning or they have to give a refund. I told them I cannot come in that morning and to send me a refund. Told it can take 30-60 days for the refund. It has now been over four months and still now refund. The only response I get, when I get a response, is they will send it to the refund team for review. If you are supposed to get a refund from them. Don't hold you breath!! Fraudulent business practices.
