Seriously the worst dental office I've ever been too! We drive from two hours away, for Dr. Hansen. He is supposedly the best in Oklahoma...but dang this office is the worst. We have had to make a four hour drive, multiple times now, because of their unnecessary mistakes. Their communication is just atrocious and causes way too many unnecessary mistakes. They are always behind, and seriously need to get their crap together. read more

If I could give minus stars I would gladly give it to the worst staff office (Edmond Office) and the winner for the rudest ever office manager to Janet. My husband and I have been a customer with them for about a year and the only reason why we kept on going there was because of their wonderful and professional doctor Dr. Ryan and their hygienists. The staff lies to your face with no decency at all especially the office manager. Just be extra careful what you pay for because this office is doing some claim fraud. For your own sake, decency, nerves and bank account just avoid this office. Dr. Ryan, again a wonderful, patient, kind and professional doctor but just can't pass the fraud claim and bad customer which might be the worst ever. read more

What a great place. Ok I realize it's a dentist office. While I take no pleasure in going to the dentist the staff is friendly. My entire family of 5 adults all go to Cami for our cleanings. We have been going to them for over 10 years. Cami is the bomb. Funny, considerate, gentle and kind. We all go to her. They have 2 dentists and they are both very good. Friendly service, very clean location and a great staff. Again we all go to Cami for our cleanings. I highly recommend this place and Cami. read more

I'm visiting from out of town for the holidays and had a bad tooth ache that kept me awake all night. I found them on Yelp, and these wonderful people were they only dentists in Edmond who were open at 7:00 AM on a Saturday! They took our Delta Dental plan insurance and had s special one treatment for a dollar that covered the extra X-ray (which was not covered by insurance), and then they said we'll charge your insurance so I was in and out within an hour and it didn't cost me a thing. They gave me written instructions on what I need to do when I get home and go to my dentist for further treatment, and all I can say is these wonderful people saved my Christmas vacation here in Edmond! They were not interested in going overboard with treatments and charging me for every little thing. It was clear, the patient comes first, medically and financially! read more

Where do I even begin with Dr. Ryan Flake! I had avoided the dentist for a couple of years because I have anxiety when it comes to dentistry. WELL I had a bridge that needed to be replaced and under that bridge a bad tooth. Needless to say he pulled a tooth, placed an implant and replaced a crown. His staff was amazing, but his bedside manner was so calming. I told them I wanted the gas, but I started talking with him and was at complete peace. No gas needed. Have been back 3 times to complete all work and calm as can be. He did everything he could to complete all of the needed work conservatively. There was a lot. Now I am not like super excited to go back, but I will not dread my next visit at all. I would give 10 stars if I could for the complete staff! 20 for Dr. Flake! read more

Customers beware, this group charges more than twice the national average for routine cleaning by a hygenist and xrays over $400 plus $40 copay. Google says national average is $127 and yet, at the same time, send out $1 special promo coupons to new customers and convince you that you need multiple deep cleanings or whatever your insurance will pay for. I never received any detailed Bills on work performed. The office keeps calling with harassing phone calls and letters and has never validated any portion of monies they claim I owe. This review is not a reflection of their quality of dentistry but merely illustrates their poor customer care and bad business acumen. read more

Dr. Allen is by far the most compassionate dentist I've ever been to. I had an infection, and needed a tooth pulled big time, and was in the worst pain ever. I had called so many dentist, and no one could see me until the following week. A couple of days later the pain was so bad I was literally crying, and this was on a Friday. That afternoon a friend recommended Dr. Allen, and I called knowing it was a long shot, but Dr. Allen told me to come in the next morning at 6am, (on a Saturday!!!) and he would pull it. The staff, and Dr. Allen were so so compassionate, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I've never been so glad to go to a dentist in my life than I was that day! The mission statement is posted in the waiting room and communicates the desire to provide excellent, personalized care. I can honestly say my first experience in the office was overwhelming. I was concerned about the affordability of the service. However, my second visit was far more reassuring and I began to see that the referral I had been given was accurate-- that the mission statement was more than words at Santa Fe Dental. Dr. Allen is very personable and remembers stories/relationships shared during visits. I am feeling much calmer about entrusting my dental health and needs to Dr. Allen. The unsettling fact about going to any doctor for treatment or wellness is that you are totally at their mercy. You are trusting that professional to provide you with the same treatment s/he would provide for his/her own family members. Everyone at this clinic is very nice. They are very upfront with you about everything from what you will owe to what work you need to have done.
