Dr. Dove and May examined her and then spent a great deal of time discussing end of life issues. It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make but I realized that she was in pain and made that difficult decision. Dr. Dunn, May, Abby and Cassy were so kind and supportive! I love my dogs passionately and couldn't have gotten through it without that. I prefer Pawprints because they spend all the time needed to evaluate your pet and discuss options with you. And never push for unnecessary drugs or tests. And every staff member that I have dealt with has been kind and caring.

They put a towel around her neck to hold her still instead of just coming to get me or my husband she's a bully breed and was already panting heavily from nervousness and her uti pain. They brought her back to me and she was making this squealing noise every time she tried to take a breath like she just could not catch her breath. They said nothing about didn't even acknowledge it. I tried to get help before we left because she was still struggling in the car while my husband was trying to get her calm one lady came out and said I think bringing her back in would cause more issues and the veterinarian came out and said no worries she looks fine just needs to rest. We went home and couldn't even get her in the house I was on the ground with her in the middle of the night trying to calm her down telling my husband to bring me water to try and break up the mucus that was starting to coat her throat. It took another hour to get her calm she was in this state for a total of around 3 hrs and hasn't been right since. I've been to her vet 3 times this year she's been on antibiotics but she's also lost her ability to bark now and will going to VA tech soon for more answers on what we can do for her. She gets choked up easy now, if she tries to play she can't she was healthy and happy and could run and play and bark fine before she went to these people they do not care about animals. I will never ever bring any of my pets to them again.

We have dogs and cats and she has been amazing treating both species, even through difficult end of life/hospice care. I can see where some may not like her direct and blunt style, but also you have to ask questions and ask if there are other options for your pet.
