They try to get you to call at 8 am to check on availability, but then will charge you for an emergency visit. Once you get in to see one of the vets, they are friendly, but also want to upcharge you for everything and get you to purchase their over-priced products.

And when I went to have my cat put done the first thing out of their mouths, without me asking yet was a litany of prices and then said the vet maybe decide not to put her down! Huh? The front desk had a personality of a wet sponge- and this is a caring animal practice! I did go elsewhere where the practice was more concerned about me losing my cat vs the charges. And they were so much less money! I have already word of mouth have my experience to family and friends and Wow some had the same experiences.

I really like this place for the fact that they're always quick with my dogs groom. I would give…read morethem 5 stars but the first time I went in they didn't clean out his ears at all and I had to ask them to go over his body once more to even out his hair and also even out his ears. The second time (And most recent) I took my dog in, i made sure to check his ears before leaving and they said "It's difficult to get it most of the time" as if that's a reason they shouldn't provide a service I've paid for and expect. Also I paid for the top dog package which included nail grinding and as it was the first time ever getting his nails ground I wasn't sure if it was done so I went in to double check and I could tell one of the groomers wasn't entirely sure which troubled me. All in all they do a pretty good job in a quick time.

The puppies are really well taken care and seem happy. What I have purchased there and will keep purchasing is the specialty dog food which my dog requires and is cheaper than what I would have to spend buying it online.

Dr Dixon came on to me wanting to run her fingers through my long beard and long hair, coming at me rolling & curling her fingers while expressing how she really, rEAllY liked such men. Examined my pet Daisy while eyeing me up and down. Creepy on top of creepy. They know I'm Gay. Could not make a followup appointment for much needed dental work trying 3 separate calls to no avail. 3 separate attempts after running out of antibiotics for bad teeth. They came back with "how did she do on the antibiotic" asking me for what sounded like a professional vet observation which I am not. Then said we want to give her another 20 day regimen of the antibiotic, but made no followup appointment ... ... ... Don't animals become immune to too many antibiotics like humans do? Becoming frustrated I said screw you. My records arrived in the mail with the wrong second dog added "Choo Toy ... Poodle, Toy ... Neutered". Some kind of joke? They said he's on your account ... I am Gay, but never owned a Toy Poodle. Did I pay for someone else scam? Paying for combined services for a pet I DO NOT OWN? Always wondered why they had to have a sign up on the wall "Anyone saying abusive things to staff will be told to leave with records following close behind". Something like that. Why would you need such a sign in the first place? They hung up on me after I apologized and tried to file a complaint about the "Doctor's" behavior, trying to get the additional antibiotics for my next different vet appointment 10 days in the future. Refused me the needed antibiotics. They're the ones with a problem ... Won't accept a valid complaint ... Plus Endangering my dogs health. While sitting 2 hours past my scheduled appointment, a lady complained they had killed one of her pets taking it into the back recently! ¡ Happy to move on ! Hope you find someone to satisfy Dr Dixon. I've never been interested or available but I am insulted by it. Damaged by it. Embarrassed.

Today was my first visit with Timberlake Animal Hospital. I chose them because their website was…read moreuser friendly and allowed me to set up appointments without waiting on a phone The environment was clean and welcoming, and the front staff were attentive and prompt. I was greeted immediately after stepping into the lobby. The tech who assisted me (Alyssa) was awesome! She was patient with me while I struggled to answer some questions and research information on my cat. She was very informative and knowledgeable about treatment/shot options. Everyone there was gentle and sweet with Tibbins, my aging kitty Dr Bethany Marshall was INCREDIBLE! She was engaging, approachable, and gracious with my questions and concerns. It was evident she loves her job, and she treated Tibbins as if she were her own kitty. There was potential bad news, but Dr Marshall relayed the information with a positive spin and even remained a little while after the visit to answer any additional questions I had. I will DEFINITELY be taking all of my pets there from now on. I can't sing their praises enough!!

Her tone of talking to me was brisk. She was forceful and not calm at all. There were multiple grooming tables that were not cleaned. I saw one puppy on a table and there was a lot of hair on the floor everywhere. I had a bad feeling immediately, but I left my pup for grooming. Well, I think they got my dog upset. They called me soon after and said they were unable to groom since he was too jumpy. They said the groomer was experienced. But they left him with a bare shaved place on back hind quarters and they stopped. I just don't think they had the patience or felt like fooling with a pup that day. *** Well soon after I made an appointment for grooming at a totally different groomer. My dog was bathed, and fully groomed with a short cut, around the face, ears and all !!! They said he did good. No problems!!! So I do not care for Precious Paws.
