This place is really good if you need a last minute place to go to…read more The price for my nails was a bit steeper than I expected. Maybe due to the multiple colors or just the time used on it. The technician I had was pretty good and nice. One of the main issues I had though is that their colors are really limited. I wanted a more rainbow color, but their red wasn't quite the correct shade. The green was a bit brighter than I wanted, the blue wasn't bright enough and the purple was too light. So if it's something to improve, I definitely suggest in investing in more colors. The technician also doesn't seem to have a forte in nail design as strokes are clearly uneven. The second issue was just a bit strange as they really push for cash/venmo payments. Then when you pay via Venmo, the owner (or the man who I thought was the owner) told me not to list the reason for payment as their service. Tax evasion? So vibe wise, it's good for a quick job needing to be done. But I think I'd still rather prefer Flamingo in Walnut Creek.

Third, the technician was rushing the entire time and seemed focused on finishing quickly. The polish was applied about a millimeter above the cuticle, and I had to point it out so she could fix it. Their attitude was polite, and the service wasn't terrible, but it wasn't impressive either. I personally wouldn't return.

my experience could have been better I had a Russian pedicure here, and overall she did a good job…read more My feet were soft afterward, and the service itself was well done. However, I was a little disappointed because I wasn't offered the spa pedicure option. I also asked about callus remover and she said yes and then just finished the service when I asked about it afterward It's my understanding that's the only callus remover they do. While the electric file worked and my feet felt smooth, there wasn't any extra attention given to my problem areas or thicker calluses. I noticed another client who started before me was still receiving service after I had finished, which made me wonder if there are differences in technique or experience between technicians. I would come back because I was happy with the overall results, but next time I'd request a more experienced technician who focuses a bit more on detailed callus care and problem areas. UPDATE I got home and I still feel the same about the services offered to me and time spent but but the tech did amazing on my cuticles and the overall foot minus the problem areas. I will return and I will tip her for this time but ask for a different tech overall I would recommend and I would return

It's a fairly large salon so I was seated immediately when I arrived, even though I was about 25 min early. Ngan did my manicure. I could not believe the selection available for dip powders! I almost couldn't decide I had so many colors to choose from! The only issue I had was that I asked for square with round edges but she kept making them almond. I think it was probably because most people get that shape. When I pointed it out, she quickly fixed it so everything was fine. When my nails were done, they looked beautiful! I was so happy with the results. Ngan did a great job. I read somewhere that mimosas were given so I was looking around to see if anyone was drinking any but alas, I didn't see anyone. I was a little disappointed but that's just me trying to be extra, lol. I also would have loved to have my hands and arms massaged but I guess that's also only done at some salons. Despite that, I will definitely be back as the prices are reasonable, the salon is clean and safe, the technicians are friendly, and my nails look great.

I even brought my daughter here for her prom nails, which makes this harder to write. At my most recent visit, I had an appointment and was already mid-service, with hands and feet soaked, when a walk-in customer arrived and wanted to sit next to her friend. Instead of asking, the staff moved my belongings and gestured for me to relocate. No explanation. No courtesy. Just an expectation that I would move for someone who came in after me. I would not have minded moving if I had been asked. But being displaced mid-service without a word was dismissive and, frankly, humiliating. I shared this feedback when I paid, but the experience stuck with me. This is not about one seat. It is about how customers are prioritized and treated in real time. That moment was enough for me to decide I will not be returning. I hope the owners take a step back and reflect. Basic respect and consistency in how customers are treated should not vary depending on who walks through the door.

Another thing I love is that they never make you feel rushed, even when they're busy. If you know, you know! One of the worst salon experiences is when there's a line of people waiting, the technicians rush through your appointment, and the quality of the work suffers.
