There is a friendly upbeat vibe in the salon and it is quite busy for being such a small space. Noemi is amazing. She is friendly, professional, warm, knowledgeable, and uses active listening skills to ensure that each client gets exactly what they are requesting. She made me feel so welcome and pampered. We began with a conversation about my nail so she could learn and troubleshoot and I was offered hot tea and a warm neck wrap that was heavenly. The pedicure was beyond thorough and my feet are baby smooth due to her attention and the cutting edge urea products she uses. Not only will I be back, I purchased a gift certificate for my daughter's teacher as a class gift for her upcoming birthday and will recommend Noemi to my mom as well. On 4/16, I decided make a second appointment at the salon with the second nail technician to give another chance. She is a very nice lady but my nails didn't last a week. I had gotten gel X. One of the tips came off the next day my nails were done. Today, 4/22, not even a week later, I have 4 tips that that came off and my cuticles look like they haven't been done.
