When I brought up to the price difference to the nail tech she agreed to match - I am thankful, but why would I have to point out that I was being charged $15 extra for a fill vs the set? The nail tech and receptionist chalked it up to being a different shape or color when it was the same shape and color as the two weeks prior.. Getting my nails done here turned from relaxing to feeling like I have to speak up for myself or they will squeeze as much money out of me as they can. The nail tech trying to squeeze money out of me wasn't even as good as the first! When I asked my second nail tech for cuticle care bc she hadn't touched them at all, she tried to charge me $10.. From the start, the experience was great. The girl at the front greeted my friend and I so warmly and even fit us in last minute. I'll be honest, I hadn't had a pedicure in about 8 months because I was nervous (the last place I tried actually cut me ). But my nail tech here completely eased my nerves. I told her about my painful ingrown, and instead of brushing it off like others have in the past, she reassured me she could handle it. She did and pain-free! My feet came out so cute and totally issue-free. The gel pedicure itself was amazing it included a hot stone massage and the whole pampering treatment, which I didn't expect. I usually can't relax in nail salons, but this time I truly felt at peace. The salon itself is adorable, they even sell Labubu collectibles, and everyone working there was super sweet and kind. Parking was easy too, which is always a plus. Pro tip: make an appointment or come during the week if you don't like busy days. I originally planned to try a few different salons, but honestly?
