This was their first time to a nail salon, and I thought I'd have a fun mother daughter time, but it was ruined by one lady talking smack about us. I'm Vietnamese, but I usually don't let people know because I wanna see what they say! My daughter had some dirty nails, and her tech was saying so much about it in Vietnamese. Like it's a nail place - how hard is it to clean it?? I get that she came in just for nail polish, but the other lady that did my other daughter took her time, filed, and did a base coat and was much sweeter to her. The loud one was complaining about dirty nails before she even said HELLO to my daughter. WTH? Then she went to on to comment about my daughters more, and how one has a "brighter" face than the other, etc. Afterwards, they switched out and she painted nails l, but not before commenting about how the nail polish I chose is better for kids than for an adult. My daughters wanted to match with me, so I went with a red glittery nail polish for Val day! Anyways - This is why I don't tell them I'm Viet - I wanna know their professionalism prior to being a regular customer. Unfortunately they didn't pass the test as a group. Holly ruined it. Mindy was my nail tech and she took the time to make sure I was happy with the outcome of my nails. Not only was she careful in removing my old crusty acrylic nails, she also soaked my nails to have a nice clean surface for my new set, which some nail techs have skipped this step. I asked to do hard gel and they said they would do it as the girl went through the steps. I saw that they were messing with me and asked to stop the service there... The manager said he was giving me "free" cuticle removal, but the girl did it poorly, and he almost put a gun to my head saying that I had to pay, but before doing the service he charged me... She was doing everything wrong, zero experience in hard gel. I asked to stop the service and the removal, which was $10, they charged me $22, absurd! Rude people! I had a negative experience here, the lady at the front counter was rude, and I showed her a picture of the nails I requested, and for the French tip, I stated "in white" for the color. they didn't listen to me and gave me a basic gel. I didn't mind and let her proceed, thinking that it would be cheaper. One of the ladies asked me where I was from, and I told her, then spoke to another lady, stating where I was from in their language. I felt like I was robbed for basic gel nails $90 total.. I didn't make a fuss when checking out. then the lady asked me very rudely if I had Venmo. I asked her for what reason when I had already gave her my debit card she said, "for our tip". I also got cut pretty bad. The lady apologize and I told her it's OK and she poured alcohol on it which made it burns really bad. read more

I've now been going here for over two years. A couple months ago I got acrylics for a special occasion instead of my regular gel manicure. I loved them so much that I have continued with the acrylics. And of course I still get pedicures here which continue to be wonderful. There are a couple of techs I see regularly, but really, everyone is good. My 11-year-old daughter and my mother-in-law also love PB Timeless Nails. I absolutely love this place! I've tried many spots in PB and this is by far my fav place. I usually go to Lynne but everyone who I have been with other than her is also great. I typically ask for some sort of design and Lynn never disappoints. I also don't do acrylics and keep my natural nails, so care is important or else they'll break, other places make my nails super thin but they make sure to keep them strong here! read more

We called this place to see if they have any availability, the lady on the phone said if we can come in 5 mins then yes. We were going to walk there which is only .5 miles away but not sure if we can make it in 5 mins so we decided to make an appt for 3 hours later, but decided to come earlier and Lynn the manager was able to get us in to do our pedicure and manicure for my friend and I. We are very please with the service and they do an amazing job. I'll definitely be back again. I'm so glad they were able to squeezed my friend and I in for Saturday afternoon. read more

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place. The reviews were good so I decided to give it a try. Alex did my gel manicure and they came out perfect ! My natural nails were way too long and gross , she took her time shaping them and making sure they all matched. I'm not sure who did my toes but she also did an amazing job! I am so so picky when it comes to getting my nails done , and they legit blew me out of the water. I got so many complements on my nails. What also really impressed me was that a woman came in having an apt. she was upset that no one was rushing. They assured her she would be done before the time she needed to leave. And then they got two more people, I was sure they would start rushing. But they didn't they continued to work on me which I really appreciate. Let me start this by saying that I hardly EVER leave reviews, and when I do, they are always positive. But after my experience here today, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I just came here to get my gel pedicure taken off and replaced with a normal (non-gel) pedicure. First, the young woman working on me started filing off my previous gel polish so aggressively, I was in pain. It felt like she was filing off just as much skin from my toes as polish. So when she added the acetone to soak the remaining off, it stung incredibly bad. Then, she was carelessly scraping off the rest of the gel and continuously jabbing my toes with the cuticle pusher. After that torture was over, she proceeded with the rest of the pedicure as normal which was standard/nothing to rave about. What made me most upset was when I looked down at my feet before she was about to put the new polish on, two large chunks of my big toenails on both feet were gone. Like, completely missing. My toenails were 100% intact when I had arrived, but even if they had been broken underneath my gel, if horrified me that if I hadn't said something, she was going to leave them like that and thought it was fine. I asked her to please fix them as best she could because I didn't want my now crooked toenails to be painted like that. She filed them a little more, then told me this was the best she could do. I decided to leave without her polishing them and go over to my normal salon (which is amazing) around the corner so they could fix the situation. The kicker of this whole story?? They charged me full price, even though I left with crooked, unpolished toes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. read more

The girls who work here are absolute sweethearts. I went to this place yesterday because my usual place was booked up for the day and was so pleasantly surprised. I walked in off the street and they had me in the chair in 10 minutes. They were so nice and offered me snacks, water - the whole lot. I got a gel refill and pedicure while watching the Patriot's game (go eagles!) and it was so fast. Also the polish they used was super high quality polish - it was dry in minutes and didnt smudge (which ALWAYS happens to me) There was also a really good selection of colors for both gel and normal polish - wish I had taken a photo. I love their gel selection. They take a lot of time doing it and there is no sloppy looking polish on the skin. I hate massage, so I always decline, but they are very willing to do that. Chair is comfortable, food network is always on, and the girls who work here are so nice. They offer water and the service is always great. I highly recommend PB Timeless. Only thing is it is getting harder for walk in's, because they are so good. During the week no problem, but a thurs afternoon or a weekend it is busier then usual. From the time I arrived until the time I left, they seriously were so attentive.
