I am finally so glad for the great service of Andrew from Fusion. I found him to be very talented, honest, reliable, hardworking, committed. Probably attitude is not the best, little short-tempered, but that is acceptable while I get such a reliable service for complicated problems like HVAC. I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. And of course the price charged for the repair was very reasonable. I guess service of Andrew and Fusion is already popular, but I wish further success of his business.

Do you need a new water heater? This is the company to get if you don't want to wait!…read more Luckily my hot water heater finally decided to die in the middle of the summer. However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Time to shower and be clean again!

So, I have a home warranty plan but...what I had was considered "a fixture" issue so I was on my own! (I might be looking for a different home warranty company now, lol). So Nick came over and talked with me and was really helpful. I had told him what was going on and it turned out that the real issue was my house's main water shutoff. That's major to me, and I liked the honesty as I was shown the list of pricing so I understood that these were set prices and that made me feel safer, like someone wasn't just trying to give a higher cost because I'm a woman. You may laugh but I still see that practice, so that was good to see. I then called them about another one of the projects they quoted ($200) They came out and did that. Guess they did a good job. I then called them about some other things. They didn't return my call. I get it. These were small requests/jobs. I declined the largest job they quoted ($2000+) but called them twice for other jobs and they never called back. So grateful we found him. Below review from 7/2025 I have never left a 5 star review from only talking to a business owner, but please read on. I left Harry a detailed message about a couple of toilets in my 4 year old home leaking from tank to bowl. I thought maybe the flapper, but when it happened to an upstairs & downstairs toilet around the same time, I panicked & thought it was maybe a plumbing system issue. Harry called me back promptly & let me know right up front that he was fully booked until August. But he also eased my mind by reminding me that the toilets were all put in at the same time, so more than one could have components wearing out at the same time. Since I only had leaking to the bowl, I changed the flappers & now they both work great! Even though he was very busy, he took the time to call me back. Even though he was booked until August, he listened to what I said. Granted he didn't try to diagnose over the phone, but his common sense, honest approach prevented me from calling another company for an emergency that I didn't have. He was right. I had two toilets with faulty equipment at the same time..a coincidence! I would highly recommend Harry; he is busy for a reason. I would schedule with him in the future if I needed a plumber.
