I ordered a vanity that had three wide, sliding drawers.Kevin informed me that the piping would need to be altered for it to fit properly. I paid for him to change the piping within the walls, alter the vanity so that the drawers would fit, and he also installed new shut off valves and altered their location. After he removed the original vanity and piping, nothing remained that wasn't installed by him. His failed installation resulted in my entire two-story home flooding and my family being homeless for over 6 months. It has almost been a year, and we still haven't recovered. Because the business wasn't picking up the phone at the time of the incident, I called my insurance company. Afterward, Kevin verbally admitted fault and offered to pay me partially for my insurance deductible in front of a witness. I had enough sense to decline his offer, but he admitted fault nonetheless. Nearly a year later, he's changed his entire story and is pretending to not know anything about the incident. If I were reading this review, I wouldn't need much more information to put this company on a list of businesses not to use, but just in case you do: Are you willing to risk your home suffering damages that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars? Are you willing to risk having to live in nearly a dozen different hotels, motels, and apartments within 6 six month timeframe? Oh, and imagine doing all of this during the height of COVID-19. Stay. As for the job itself (garbage disposal replacement) the service tech tried to unjam the old one first (which would have saved me money) but came to the conclusion the old one was toast. Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.

You may laugh but I still see that practice, so that was good to see. I called two other places and one (Benjamin Franklin) actually wanted to charge $350 dollars more for the same work, and then came down in price to be just $100 more than Southern...I know I'll never call Benjamin Franklin! After several minutes diagnosing the problem, the conferred with the manufacturer over FaceTime. I had never seen that before, but it added to my confidence in getting my issue fixed. They ordered the required part, and they came out two days later to install it and drain my lines. They temporarily got my hot water running until they could install the new part.
