I took my car to Rick's for a routine oil change for the very first time a while back…read more An hour or so later they called me to say that when they went to drain the old oil they found that the last guys to do an oil change (Pep Boys) had smeared some epoxy cement all over the drain plug and adjacent oil pan (probably to stop any future oil leaks, my opinion). They said that they would remove the epoxy but didn't know what they might find under the epoxy or what additional repairs and cost that might entail. Another hour went by and they called again to say that the car was ready to be picked up and that nothing wrong was found. They COULD have said anything and charged me more but they didn't! From now on, all my automotive needs will be done at Rick's.

Anywho, Just Tires was super busy on this particular Friday evening and I was informed to wait 2-hours. Thankfully, they have some stuff to entertain you with, including a TV in the waiting room showing Big Bang Theory, coffee, and if anything, free Wi-Fi so you can mindlessly scroll for hours as you wait. I was informed that I did indeed have a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, I had to replace two of the tires, as the tires were stock as was more bald than Mr Clean. The technician was nice enough to show me the nail and after figuring out which tire to get, I was out the door in no time. All-in-all, decent enough service, with no huge pressure to upcharge me.

It's close to my house and came recommended by a few friends. So this is where I dropped off my vehicle. Drop off was very easy. They have an ongoing relationship with the nearby enterprise Rent-A-Car. So I was able to be picked up without any issues. Throughout the time that my car was at CDE I was kept Informed of their progress. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. This morning I got a text and phone call telling me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The bodywork is excellent. You'd never know I was in an accident. But the icing on the cake, my interior, due to taking kids to football baseball, etc. was pretty disgusting. CDE cleaned it so it looks like new! What a pleasant surprise. After some research on Yelp I found that Tire Boss had overwhelmingly positive reviews for the services that I was looking for and my experience was consistent with others. I bought a car fairly recently and had developed a very slow leak in my front tire. I brought it into Tire Boss where my technician Eric greeted me in a friendly manner and proceeded to inspect my car in a short amount of time. Once he was done inspecting the tire, he explained to me that he found a puncture and quoted me a price to repair it which was lower than I expected to fix it. He did not push for any other unnecessary repairs and I even asked if my wipers needed replacements, of which he provided a detailed explanation of why the replacement could wait with an explanation of when I should get them replaced (when streaks appear). Once I agreed to the repair and price, the team quickly performed the service and I was ready to go -- in and out in less than 1 hour including a short wait. After it was done, Eric proceeded to check me out with an explanation of the services performed including filling up all the tires to the manufacturer's suggested pressure and pulled up the vehicle directly to the door. Overall I was quite happy with how quickly service was performed, the reasonable prices, no hidden fees, not being upsold on any items, and having the same technician work with me from the beginning to end of the process.

They had done a tire rotation and when I returned to let them know about the light, I was treated like garbage. All the men that work there are rude AF. They seemed annoyed I returned. Jiffy lube told me to take my car to a tire shop. Anyways Dakota informed me that it could be the sensor, tire slowly losing pressure and talked to me in detail about how to proceed as my car is 12 years old. They also told me how I can save money & the costs of replacing the sensor, labor & were sooooo kind!! I asked if they could help drill my side bumper as well which they said they could do. They don't do full body work. This is close to my home which is another convenience. They have the sweetest quotes on their billboard by the entrance.
