So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! The whole team was super friendly, it's a family owned business and it shows. They have me a clear itemized breakdown of everything that needed work, no pressure or upselling and were very accommodating throughout the process.
