I'm giving Copper Mountain Coffee 3 stars because the Matcha Latte is in point but my after my…read morerecent experience I won't be back. My sister and I came inside the shop and got in line behind two women who were already ordering. Once they were done, one of the women says, "sorry we're all together." She was referring to the three other women who came in behind us and wanted us to let them go ahead of us. I couldn't believe someone would ask two people to step back while the FIVE of them ordered. The three friends were kind enough to decline. My sister and I approach and the young woman at the window takes our order and then the situation declines from there. It should have been a simple matter of paying but the woman ignored my outstretched hand with my card multiple times. She kept going to the drive-up window. She forgot what we ordered at one point (probably because she was all over the place rather than finishing our order). She never looked us in the eye. Finally she starts reading off our order and it includes the drinks and food of the two women that were ahead of us. When we correct her she then looks at us and says, "oh, you've never been here." (Not true. Was in a few days earlier and the same girl waited on me.) Meanwhile my drink has been sitting on the counter this whole time. She finally gets it all straightened out and while processing our payment then starts asking random personal question, again, never looking me in the eye. All in all, very awkward and uncomfortable experience. I gave it a shot (no pun intended), but there are better places in town in my opinion.

I tested out the drive through. Seems like drive through coffee places are very common here and I…read morelove it! The line looked long and you order and receive at the same window, so the worry is that someone with a big order will make a line of 4 feel like 40. The person at the window must have had a big order because someone came out and started going to cars to get their orders until that car drove off. Which really sped up the process. I got a hot Copper Mountain Mocha and a chocolate mint biscotti. The mocha was spot on including the temperature. Not so hot you have to wait a half an hour to drink but hot. The flavor was exactly what you would expect a mocha to be like but a hit smoother. I don't know what makes it "Copper Mountain", but I would get it again. The biscotti was good, it was made somewhere else and delivered in the package. I did not go inside so I am not sure what it is like there. I did see a couple of people go in and leave before I go up to the window, so maybe I should have gone inside.

Now I drive right on by and give my business to what is sadly not a locally owned establishment because I can't afford to shop at super one when prices are so much better almost anywhere else. "employee owned" Super one employees, why do you feel the need to take such bad advantage of your local community members? Sadly, the answer is because the customers that grudgingly pay This establishment's ridiculous prices And continue to patronize this establishment give super 1 the power to do so. Update: gone back a few times, kept track of the prices posted vs. the prices at the register, over half of the items were more at the register than posted on the shelf. The Good - The staff were friendly and attentive. We asked about the history, vision and goals of the Coop and had a great discussion. The ciders, we had both a limoncello(?) and on another day, the cherry cider. Delightful and perfect for a warm day. Many locals were in (almost) at the end of the business day, catching up and visiting. A good scene. The Meh - nothing to report, as long as you expect to stop into a small brewery with a fair range of drink. The Bad - Nothing to report.
