The "sundae" wasn't anything special, but both ice creams had excellent texture and a punch of flavor (ground coffee was a perfect touch in the cold brew). Without a hint of a smile, we were asked three times if we were ready to order, even as we explained we were visiting for the first time and tried to be friendly. The other person working rescued the situation by being kind and initiating welcoming banter. We would definitely go back for the ice cream (and may, since we've discovered two more shops in towns we will pass through), but I'd encourage some work on customer service in the Missoula spot to match the quality of the product!
