The person at the window must have had a big order because someone came out and started going to cars to get their orders until that car drove off. Which really sped up the process. I got a hot Copper Mountain Mocha and a chocolate mint biscotti. The mocha was spot on including the temperature. Not so hot you have to wait a half an hour to drink but hot. The flavor was exactly what you would expect a mocha to be like but a hit smoother. I don't know what makes it "Copper Mountain", but I would get it again. The biscotti was good, it was made somewhere else and delivered in the package. I did not go inside so I am not sure what it is like there. I did see a couple of people go in and leave before I go up to the window, so maybe I should have gone inside.

The staff used to be hit or miss lately they have some pretty good employees. The drinks are the same because really you have to be a moron to mess up pushing a button on the super automatic machines Starbucks uses. The place always looks clean they are extremely slow but there's usually not a line. Another bonus! They also have a seating area which is surprising. I really do wish Polson had a real Starbucks location or a real coffeehouse to go and hangout and do work or homework at.... If you need Starbucks then stop in but know it's limited and maybe slow. But your drink will be good and you may get a pastry but that's about it!

I've always thought their employees are exceptionally well selected and trained. Seemingly everywhere seemed to have the same great service. Not in Polson. The coffee still tasted wonderful.
