The "sundae" wasn't anything special, but both ice creams had excellent texture and a punch of flavor (ground coffee was a perfect touch in the cold brew). Our server was incredibly cold (no pun intended ); it was a busy evening outside but a quiet moment inside. Without a hint of a smile, we were asked three times if we were ready to order, even as we explained we were visiting for the first time and tried to be friendly. The other person working rescued the situation by being kind and initiating welcoming banter. We would definitely go back for the ice cream (and may, since we've discovered two more shops in towns we will pass through), but I'd encourage some work on customer service in the Missoula spot to match the quality of the product!

The ice cream was good but did leave me wanting a little more. The Chocolate Love flavor was chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips. Overall, the ice cream was very enjoyable. The prices are fair and the place was clean, smelled of fresh waffle cones, and was a great place to hang out.

I quit buying them because I was watching the scale take a little hit so I, with great sadness, stopped buying my favorite muffins!! Today I went in after months of being good with my waistline and bought one of my favorite Blueberry Bran muffins. I was sooooooooo disappointed! The muffins had no flavor. The muffins I remembered had a little sweetness to them but NOT TODAY. The muffin was so bland and boring that I threw the most of it out to the birds. Sorry for the change in the recipe. Sadly, L

From the very beginning, Kelsey made the planning process easy, smooth, and stress-free. She was wonderful to work with and helped ensure everything came together perfectly. On the day of the event, Mira provided fantastic service to our family and friends with a smile and great energy. The variety of ice cream flavors was so much fun, and throughout the evening we heard rave reviews from guests about the rich, creamy, delicious ice cream. Absolutely recommend the Espresso Heath and Huckleberry flavors. So yummy! Having the ice cream truck at the party added such a fun and memorable touch to the celebration. The combination of Big Dipper's delicious ice cream and outstanding customer service made the experience even better. We couldn't have been happier and highly recommend Big Dipper for any special event!

And tbh, both good sized scoops lol. They reminded me of the old school Baskin Robbin's type flavahs. The bubblegum included small pieces of gum just like da good ol days

Nothing special compared to where we're from but certainly passable. I got a jasmine milk tea with lychee jelly and it was a refreshing drink on a hot summer day. Sugar and ice is adjustable. A friend got a Nutella banana crepe and it is presented in a pretty nice looking bouquet. Bananas were a bit in on the riper side so they were a bit less firm than desirable in a crepe in my opinion but the flavors were good. It's a bit tricky to eat though without getting chocolate over yourself. All in all, a good place to end the day!
