Fleur is so stinking cute. I absolutely love the aesthetic of this place. I always try to stop here when I'm in the Whitefish area. The baked goods and coffee are both so good, and they even have some gluten free and dairy free options which is a huge plus. We tried a few pastries and everything was delicious, but the standout was the huckleberry cream cheese danish. So good. I also love that they make their coffee syrups in house. The latte was really yummy and the foam on top was beautifully presented. The staff is seriously so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. read more

Although this bakery had many options. The quality of their food wasn't as exquisite as it looks. I got an almond croissant and a bacon quiche. The croissant was alittle too toasty for me, the inside filling was yummy though. As far as the quiche it was overcooked as well, and of course this is just my opinion. It tasted like hotdogs ‍ the workers did not greet me and didn't smile after I greeted them, they were slightly rushing me. Hopefully the experience is different for all the rest of you ! I picked up assorted pastries at the counter this morning (Monday the 21 July). The tomato garlic scape croissant was fantastic as well as the canele....I'll try the Basque cake tomorrow. Only thing lacking was after my purchase the cashier literally yelled in my face a waiting customer's name...it was a pretty jolting experience for me, the other customers and probably some of the onlooking staff. A lot of work goes into making these baked goods...hopefully the business will invest in more attention to customer service. read more

I'm giving this place 3.5 stars. The raspberry scone I got was PHENOMENAL. I won't take that away from them. The golden milk was just ok. What I did not enjoy about this place was the cold attitude by the girl taking our order (and the other employees to be honest.) I walked in excited and told her this was my first time here with a smile on my face. She just said ok with a blank face, let me know when you're ready, and walked away. Me and my love spent three days in Montana and everywhere we went we were greeted with kindness and connection. It was actually one of our favorite things about this place. This was the last place we stopped on our way out and it definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. Inside was bright with decent seating options and the decor had a lot of greenery which was pleasant to look at. For their menu, they had many tea and pastry options available. We ordered the following: -regular coffee (4/5): Had a strong, solid coffee flavor and it was pretty hot when served! They put two cups together to help with the heat. -iced chai tea latte (3.5/5): It's a good drink, but it's not quite the taste we were expecting. It could be that it was iced, but it seemed like the flavor was muted and had too much milk! We did really like the fact that it came in a glass mason jar and had a sustainable straw! read more

Baked goods were decent. The rhubarb brioche was the best of the bunch and we tried quite the selection. Cinnamon rolls were good but would have been better warmed. The service however was subpar. Two of the three individuals that we were passed between for our one order were rude. Irritated, distracted, and unable to pivot to placing our items to a box. It was busy, but no busier than any other bakery I've been to on a Sunday morning. Maybe they were having a bad day so I'll offer up some grace. The seating was ample and the pastries were ok, but you forget how much an experience can be made or broken with service. read more

Delicious pastries and friendly service, I'm not sure what else you could want. So many places can't do croissants right. They're either too heavy, not fluffy or just taste too much like greasy butter. Fleur's pastries have none of those issues. The only problem is that I have to avoid the temptation to come here every morning while I'm in Whitefish. Apparently they do pizzas on Tuesday evening. This is the best bakery I've been to in 31 years of life. We learned the owner went to pastry school in Portland and it all made sense! Seriously though, we stopped in kind of spontaneously to get a small bite. It ended up being the one time they serve pizzas each week and HOLY COW! Best pizza EVER. Apparently they switch up the options from time to time, but we got the shroom and it was so delicious. Naturally, we returned the next morning for coffee and pastries and they nailed it again! The ham and cheese croissant is unlike any other I've had. The almond croissant was out of this world (though I would warm it up a little more next time) and the coffee was even better. Everything is made in house, the decor is lovely and homey, the people are efficient and kind. I would pay double the prices they charge and it would still be worth it. Well done! read more

Coffee and croissant were 2/5. Nobody checks on customers. But they made sure to leave the note to bring cups back in...1. Hire competent barista to adjust coffee choice, roast, to teach those kids how to make beverages properly. Hire pastry chef to teach you staff how to make proper pastries, and then if you ask people to give gratitude in advance, then at least have your waiters pick up the cups after they leave.
