Holy Ham & Cheese croissant this place is good. No seriously, the ham & cheese croissant with everything bagel spice on time I think is holy, straight from heaven. Ham, gruyere cheese, buttery, flaky croissant, get your savory craving with this little pastry. I dabbled in quite a few items here when we stayed in Whitefish last week, I highly recommend the huckleberry muffin and scone. Friggin Hucks...my god, why do we not have this berry in CA, it's like a consistently better and sweeter blackberry. Cinnamon twists were really nice as well, light, not overly sweet. We also had some sort of quiche or maybe it was a breakfast torte I can't recall, other than I ate it all. Coffee and tea selection is great and my wife also enjoyed her little lunch salad she got here. It's a must stop, let's be honest it may be your daily morning stop. It's that good. read more

I really hate to write a bad review but I got food poisoning from their milk. Yesterday morning I went to Fleur and got a croissant and latte with whole milk. Immediately after, I started to feel sick and it got progressively worse until I had level 10 stomach pains and horrible symptoms (I'll spare you the details) a few hours later. It was a busy day so that's all I had eaten, I didn't have lunch, so I know it is from the milk. Now I'm bed ridden. They need to make sure their refrigerator is at the right temp and milk is not rancid - I hope this didn't happen to anyone else. read more

Highly recommend their cookies! We had a brown sugar pecan cookie that was out of this world this week! We also had a chocolate chip with sea salt cookie which was also really tasty. Favorite bakery in Whitefish. This is the place to get a cappuccino complete with coffee art on top. I walked out and slipped on ice and dropped my coffee. They generously made me a new cup. All pastries are yum. Cookies are yum. Nice area to sit and enjoy a treat. read more

I was excited to try this bake shop during our three night stay in Whitefish. The mocha I ordered did take a bit of time to make but it was really good. We came here everyday during our stay and I tried the cannele, Chocolate Orange croissant, salted chocolate chip cookies, and the kouign-aman. The Kouign-aman was a bit too greasy for my liking but to be fair, I think it's known as the greasiest pastry in Europe. My favorite thing was the cannele. We ordered two on our second day and I had to pick up two more to bring home. It was my first time trying one of those and now I'm hooked. The space is really cute and I was glad to see that they had closed off every other table and taking precautions during COVID. We will definitely be back the next time we visit. read more

There is a reason why this bakery has grown into the going concern it is now--EVERYTHING here is amazing! We tried a variety of items, from the almond tea cake, garlic twist croissant, and lavender macarons to the orange cardamom morning bun, chocolate croissant, and toffee cookie. Even the grab-and-go options are wonderful. The brownie bites practically melt in your mouth. The textures and the balance of flavors are spot-on for each and every delectable option. The baristas know what they're doing and the coffee is equal to the pastries. This is a talented, efficient crew who are clearly dedicated to delivering an enjoyable experience. The space is fresh, clean, and, in good weather, totally open to the street front. It's stylish without sacrificing comfort. It is busy and so worth it. I'm used to bakeries being good at one or two items and everything else being kind of mediocre. I'm still kind of reeling (pleasantly) from just how truly exceptional every item is at Fleur. Been holding this review off for a year at most. I just had to go in a second time now that I'm back in town to make sure that when I went in the first time - I wasn't dreaming. Their selection is fantastic, the quality of everything in this bakery is turned up to 11. The quality of service here is unmatched, even if it is just a walk up counter and coffee bar. I'm personally a die hard kouign-amann fan, and have been treated to probably one of the few places that know how to do kouign-amann in Montana. I am confident that anything you get here will leave you craving more. And don't even get me started on the coffee, arguably some of the highest quality coffee/espresso in Whitefish, and they know their sh*t.
