The changing room at this location is a little small, with only one toilet. A lot of customers used the toilet as a changing room as well so it was a little annoying how long you needed to wait at times to be able to use it. I also noticed there was one shower which would have been nice to use after treatments but did not notice any towels and the attendant when showing me how to use the lockers didn't mention the shower. Maybe they are hoping guests won't currently use it due to COVID. After changing into the warm robe there are two relaxation rooms you can wait in before and between treatments. They offer water or hot cinnamon tea which is a nice touch. They do have signs asking people to leave their cell phones out of this room for relaxation so I was a bit annoyed when another guest had her phone in the room texting with people and the sound was turned on. This of course is no fault to the spa, some people just can't seem to break away from their phones. The spa was offering some holiday promotions so I booked one of their packages that included a hot stone massage, a facial and pedicure to end the day. Loved all three treatments. I had to keep my mask on during the massage which was a bit uncomfortable when laying face down on the table. During the facial you are able to have your mask off the entire time which makes sense as they are working on your face, but I wish I could have taken it off when laying face down for my massage. Normally I wouldn't have picked a pedicure at a salon like this, but as it was a part of the package it was a nice treatment. The service was great and I'll be back as I have a few more gift cards. I also purchase the $100 in cards to receive a $20 bonus, but was informed while there that each bonus card can only be used once per person per day. While I would have liked to have known this when purchasing the cards, I am looking forward to booking at least 5 more treatments to use all of my bonus cards.

I found the Lifestyle Spa because I have been following my skin guru, Kimberly Ross, for the past 10+ years. My mum connected me with Kimberly when I was 12 years old because I had a pretty bad unibrow- couldn't be walking around like that! I'm not going to lie, I have some great brows- they are full and thick and have a nice natural arch, so many people wanted to thin them out and make them something they structurally shouldn't look like. But not Kim! She really knows how to work with each individual and cater to what they want/need when it comes to alignment and shaping. I really don't know what I would do without Kim (probably still walking around with my unibrow or had someone ruin my thick, full brows). Kim also changed my world when it came to my skin. Kim has always gone above and beyond to make sure I feel confident and beautiful in my skin. She helped me understand the importance of taking care of my skin, the best products that work for me and shared best practices for taking care of my skin. I basically can't go without my regime she curated for me otherwise my skin starts to freak out. She knows my skin better than I do. She takes the time the time to understand the full picture; your diet, medications one takes, hormones, the sun & environment you surround yourself in and how it all plays a part in the appearance your skin. I've lived in London and Los Angeles and I can honestly say, there is NO ONE like Kim. Even being on the other side of the country, she has taken the time to make sure I have everything I need. He didn't miss! Jomar was wonderful. Son had scheduled for Swedish massage but I needed a firmer touch. Jomar graciously accommodated the change and provided the best massage I've had! He was very mindful of getting in tune with what I needed. There was no need for me to give him instruction after my initial request - he just worked his magic! I scheduled again with Jomar this week. He did not disappoint!! Deep tissue this time was perfect. I was feeling a little under the weather before my appointment, so I called to make sure it was OK if I still came in. I was encouraged to still come in since I wasn't contagious. Best decision! I now see another amazing massage therapist at Indy Massage Company named Matthew. He is pretty great, and I look forward to relaxing on his table each month at IMC. He is intuitive and firm yet incredibly gentle, and I'm able to just surrender and let him work his magic. I've mostly only booked Swedish massages with him, but one time I booked a longer session where he really worked out the muscles in my upper back and shoulders, which really needed attention. Indy Massage Company is one of my favorite places in Indy, and I continue to love visiting this place when I can.

Friendly and she did a great job. The chairs and water tub were very good too. I was walked back to the changing room and offered a robe and locker, which I accepted. The changing room is small considering how many lockers are in there. But it's serviceable and there is also a shower. There are two quiet areas, one would be nice if you came with a group of friends, but it allows you to have separation from others if desired. My only concern: Jessica is the only nail technician so there is no way to book a pedicure with a friend. There are also no nail services on Fridays or Saturdays. Seems an opportunity to me.
