They did an incredible job, and everyone in my bridal party had nothing but amazing things to say about the stylists, the space, and honestly, the overall atmosphere. The team is so welcoming and enjoyable to be around, and you can genuinely tell they love what they do. Fast forward a couple of years, after moving back to the area, I was hoping to find that same experience again--this time for coloring my hair. Finding your go-to stylist can feel a little intimidating, especially after a move. I recently went in to freshen things up with some blonde highlights and realized I had scheduled with Aleiah... who also happened to do my bridal makeup years ago! Yet again, she absolutely crushed it. I gave very minimal direction: highlights, a money piece, a trim, and something low-maintenance that I'd feel comfortable letting grow out for a while. Aleiah absolutely NAILED it. My hair lifts blonde really well, but in the past I've usually found myself reaching for purple shampoo immediately because the tone wasn't quite what I loved. This time? Not even close. Aleiah completely exceeded my expectations and officially earned a client for life. I had been stressed about moving back and finding someone I could trust with my hair again, and it was so refreshing catching up with such a thoughtful stylist and genuinely wonderful person. She doesn't weigh it down with heavy product and is able to get a curl to stick when styling! They notify the stylist you've arrived so you don't have to wait long and they help with payments and appointment scheduling. I get text reminders when I have an appointment coming up. I've bought product here and been happy with it too. Probably most important and what you're interested in--the price feels reasonable. I can come and walk out with both a cut and a tip for around $50. This, aside from my relationship with my stylist, is one of the main reasons I've consistently returned. She was literally pulling my hair from the roots as she was cutting it and it was painful. We came home and saw that our hairs are uneven and much shorter than we asked. I paid $430 for a balayage, and I was told it would turn out slightly darker -- but no one mentioned it would turn orange. As you can clearly see, my hair is very brassy/orange, not blended, and the highlights start too close to the roots. This is not balayage at all and looks nothing like the reference I provided. I also reached out to the salon owner/manager to explain the issue, but she was not helpful at all and did not offer any real solution to fix it. For the amount I paid, this is completely unacceptable -- both the result and the customer service. I would strongly not recommend this salon. Poor service and poor results.

When I met my stylist, there wasn't really an introduction....just "have a seat," which made the start feel a bit awkward. I tried to make conversation, but it felt rushed and not very engaging. The appointment itself also felt hurried. My hair was flat ironed while it was still partially damp, which concerned me since I know heat tools shouldn't be used on wet hair. I ended up leaving with sections still damp while other parts were straightened. I only received a trim, and the total came to about $78 with tip. I always tip because I value the effort people put into their work, but overall I left disappointed with the experience. Based on this visit alone, I wouldn't personally recommend it.
