There was a hair under my nail that I didn't notice at first. she didn't want to remove it bc she would have to take the whole nail off. it disgusted me. Then she gave me the wrong color. I told her I didn't like the color. She kept trying to convince me to keep this ugly color that I said I didn't like. I show her a cateye design. simple French cat-eye. My nails were thick and chunky. Nowhere near what I asked for. At this point I'd already been there over an hour and I was ready to go. I went to pay. my boyfriend came in to pay. she swiped his card and never said thank you. she just walked off. no receipt or anything. RUDE. We left and then ended up coming back to get it fixed. I hated the nails. the cat-eye looked like chunky kid glitter polish. I told the manager what happened. When he removed the color, I pointed out the hair in my nail. he said "what do you want me to do about that?". I said well it's not my fault. he's like well it's not my fault I didn't do your nails. He said he will just paint over it. While doing my nails, a mom called in saying two of her daughter's nails had popped off. she said she just got them done Saturday (today is Wednesday). They told her to come in and they don't close til 7:30pm. it was about 6:30 pm. They get there before 6:50 and they tell her it's too late and come tomorrow. then they didn't want to redo the nail bc it had a design. he said he's not going to do a design. the whole thing was just bad. he was very rude. I'd never go back.

So let me tell you how I came in for a consultation with Erica and she immediately addressed my skincare needs AND was able to book me for a facial the same day! I was super impressed with the customer service and the overall experience and knowledge of Erica knowing exactly what I needed and setting me on the right track for getting my skin together. Now... this facial, I walked out looking all types of Glazed Krispy Kreme doughnut okayyyy! I didnt even have plans until later but I went to the grocery store just because I wanted to walk around giving FACE cause I looked that damn good! Mind you the facial itself was so relaxing, I fell right asleep.. like snoring sleep but Diamond was so gentle and made me feel so comfortable.. really the whole staff.. top tier black excellence! Its good business practice to respond to your customers when they make attempts to contact you rather then blaming them. Her attitude while responding to me via text was of a rude nature. I will not screen shot & post the text correspondence because i believe that to not be good practice or professional. But i would not recommended using her services for anything.
