I went to Stellar Nails after a recommendation from my aunt and cousin who love it here. I had an appointment and when I walked in I was helped right away! Shirley did my nails and she was fantastic. She was so nice and gave her own input on what I should do with my nails. I wanted a design I saw on their Instagram and she did it perfectly, even adding her own style with a nice small pearl on each thumb. I am definitely coming back! read more

Coco Nails is amazing! I've been a customer here for the past 3 years. Kelly is extremely skilled, my nails always look great. She even picks out my pedicure colors for me so it's always a perfect match! The ladies in the salon always greet the customers with a smile and by name. The salon is immaculate, the no cell phone policy makes for a tranquil atmosphere. Lisa also gives the best massages! I highly recommend Coco Nails!! read more

I absolutely adore this salon!!! Especially under the new management. Luise the owner, is a doll and is eager to make every customer delightfully comfortable. The ambiance is modern and super cozy. The services impeccable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area or near by. As someone new to area, it took me some time and various experiences to arrive at my new second home. Hope you find it as refreshing and homey as I do. Cheers x read more

Well I don't normally write reviews but this time I am. First let me say that Kelly does a FANTASTIC job and the nail salon is okay inside. The chair massage I got was fabulous. I had gel fill-ins. The sign next to my chair on the wall said 40.00..WOW! At COCO's in Rivervale I paid 45.00 and at Latalier de Sofia I paid 50.00, so I couldn't believe it. BECAUSE I saw the price to be so low, I opted for a 40 min chair massage. When I went to pay, Kelly said the gels were 60.00. I pointed to the sign. I was informed that the GEL polish that was used was another 20.00 over the 40.00...huh?? I never heard of this in all the years I have been getting gel fill-ins. On top of that, one may purchase a card for "points" (5.00). I had just done THAT, too. And I was stupid enough to tip 20%. But that's just me, if the job is good, which it was, then I tip well. But this is awful. Change the sign, and do what's right. It is blatantly misleading...Oh and at COCO's in Rivervale your "points card" is FREE. read more

Hands down, the best manicure & pedicure, and also the best service. Why should you believe me? Because I was a mystery shopper, with extensive experience reviewing restaurants & hotels with particular emphasis on service. Kelly & her team are knowledgable, friendly, and work with care. I've seen Kelly custom mix gel polish to perfectly match the color on a client's toes. Who does that?! They always take the time to give great service & work with the kind of care I haven't experienced at any other nail salon. I highly recommend Coco Nails. read more

Amazing staff!! Staff always go out of there way to make you happy..I have been a customer since I was 15 I am now going to be 27, same great service as the first time I went. Really good facials. Nails come out perfect all the time. read more

After having a gel manicure with Kelly since January, my nails needed a break from the gel so Kelly told me to get a regular manicure. I had an appointment today with Kelly, but she called me 30 minutes before my appointment to say that she had another customer who wanted a gel manicure, and since I was only getting a regular manicure, would I mind seeing someone else. I agreed, but when I arrived at the salon, I told her that what she did to me was not right and I left. Treating a loyal customer that way is despicable. A gel manicure costs more so she turned me over to someone else. Kelly, you should be ashamed of yourself. Ladies, go somewhere else where you will be treated respectfully...... read more

It is so relaxing and friendly here. The place was beautifully renovated, and they treat you like you are very important from the first time you come in. Get a pedicure from Jay and you'll never go anywhere else again. Others are great, too. They will even clean your jewelry for you while you have your service, and they have iPads hooked up at the pedicure chairs. I don't think there could possibly be a nicer place to go in the neighborhood. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I'd gladly do it. The service was HORRIBLE! and the owner kept calling my feet ugly. Who does that?! They're very pushy and overall rude. Save your money and go somewhere else where people have manners. read more

Dynamite !!Clean and beautiful facility. The people there are professionals. They did my nails exactly like I wanted them to!! This is my new nail salon!! read more

I went for the first time after I was given a Christmas gift certificate. I have to say this was one of the nicest most cleanest salons that I have ever been to. Everything is steralized and the girl that gave me my pedicure Jay was simply amazing. She took her time and my feet felt beyond pampered. It's a little out of my way, about a 20 minute drive, but I just made a second appointment for a Gel manicure. This is how much I like this place that I will drive further for It. You won't be dissapointed. read more

$25 pedi $12 mani on a Sunday and they're very nice and did a great job. Nothing else needed!

Wonderful job with my gel manicure- I wanted a nudist pink and the tech suggested the perfect color! She was attentive to every detail- this will be my go to place for manis! read more

READ IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR FINGERS TO BLEED...... i have been to this salon before years ago and decided to return on a whim under new coco nails management. and it is beautiful and more important, clean. HOWEVER, i have never had a worse UV gel fill manicure in my year of getting them done. in my effort to schedule an appointment, an employee who had no idea of prices in the salon told me a UV gel fill in with color was $40 no extra charge. excited about a reasonable price where i've usually paid $45 anywhere else, i confirmed my appointment. after TWO HOURS of my cuticles being botched and cut so bad to the point they were bleeding, i was finally finished. THEN i was told the total was $60!!?!? completely taken back, i argued with the seemingly nice manager that i felt lied to and i came specifically to this location because it was $5 cheaper than my usual location. she began to get snippy, impatient, unprofessional and rude while backing up the employee that i spoke with to make the appointment. the one who also had no idea of the prices where she worked. exclaiming "i have the right to charge the prices i want!" you sure do, but they need to make that clear over the phone. attached are photos of the awful job they did on my nails. after 20 minutes of me telling them i don't feel comfortable paying $60 when i was told $40, the manager FINALLY took $40 from me. it was like pulling teeth. no respect for client satisfaction. needless to say i will not be returning to this salon and recommend anyone else to save their money and save their fingers from bleeding. read more

I can't believe there is a negative review on this page. I've been to a lot of salons in the area and Coco's is an all round best. First of all, the ladies go out of their way to communicate in English. Even when they have no choice to find a word in their own language, they apologize for leaving you out of the conversation. The manis, pedis and massages are all top flight...that is after all what you go here for. Sanitary tools and a beautiful spa decor....fresh quality air filtered throughout and best of all, the most lively and entertaining conversation I've ever encountered. Suki, Lisa, Jeni, Luise are each just lovely. A very extensive menu of services and they all genuinely want to know if you have a special occasion to help you decide on the right colors. The best around! read more

Great nail salon. Recently under new management so they really worked hard to make sure our experience was great. They have plenty of chairs, both for pedicures and manicures, it's very comfortable, and clean. They also made sure my mom, who has trouble moving and walking around, was comfortable and happy. I will definitely be back next time I am in town. read more

I was not happy with the service. A basic pedicure and manicure was done in 45 minutes. The hand and foot massage was 1 minute each. I would not go back. They keep pushing u to get extra services. read more

Love this salon. They are so clean and friendly and always remember your name. At a salon I used to go to they could never remember my name. Kelly the owner is amazing. She is so friendly and treats everyone with such kindness. Gina is also the sweetest and has been there from the old management and stuck around. My favorite part is how sanitary they are. They never rush and use only the best ingredients. Thank you Kelly for such a great addition to Demarest read more
