He had to get some parts and come back, and we replaced the motor on our AC. A lot of companies would probably have tried to just install a whole new unit, but Chris is always trying to fix what we have. I really trust him and his advice. He has always been more than fair price, sometimes I feel like we underpay him! He explains everything in-depth before he does it and is willing to do the most to save the unit you have. The service request was for you to come out and see why both units are running louder than usual. Juan found nothing wrong that would contribute to the louder vent noise but did discover that something called a capacitor in the attack was low, so he replaced them. The A/C still cools, but the blower now no longer shuts off and has been running since Juan left. This Phillip person, told us he's been doing this for 45 years and he knows that's our units have always done this and we're trying to get you to perform a service that was not reported and we would need to open two more service requests to fix what wasn't wrong before. Phillip would not listen to me and would continually talk over me. This was never an issue before. This is something your company caused. We do not want new A/C units, and again, our units are both still running. I will call the warranty company, but will also report your company and whatever else I need to do to get this resolved. Phillip said because we've only lived here for 2 years, we just never noticed that it never shut off, which is just plain ridiculous. I am beyond frustrated...

He just tell me what to do and A\C was on in few minutes! I still ask him to come over to take a look and pay for his knowledge, because I really appreciate what he did, but he is amazing!

It uses the waste heat from the A/C unit to heat the pool and is a very "green" option. Although we ran into a few glitches in the original install, those got solved and it worked great BUT - the manufacturer didn't have all the calculations correct and the team had to do some serious investigation, trouble shooting and additional work to assure that this would heat my pool, cool my home and not damage my A/C compressor. They worked tirelessly over many weeks and always communicated promptly. Always professional and courteous as well. And did I mention fair pricing and no surprise fees. These guys truly are the best. They have earned my HVAC and plumbing business for life.

He dropped by outside of 9-5 hours so I didn't have to miss work (rare, in my experience!). Immediately, he told me that he would answer any questions I had, and did his best to explain what he was doing. I appreciated that a lot. Also, he didn't make a mess while he worked-- another huge plus. Danny was very courteous and personable. When he still hadn't been able to pinpoint the problem by around 8:00pm, he announced that he would be going to the store to pick me up a space heater to use for the night so that I could get some sleep, since he wouldn't be able to finish the job until the next day-- through no fault of his own! He didn't even give me a chance to turn down the offer, not that I planned to. So he went out of his way to go buy the heater and then came back and installed it for me. Grade A service all the way! Then of course he came back the next day as promised and got it fixed in no time. I think he had researched the issue prior to coming by, as not to waste time. I would recommend this company to anyone and I hope my leasing company never switches vendors. 10/10 recommend.

Beau came out the next day and serviced the unit to come to find out that the the fuse was bad and the thermostat wasn't operating properly. He explained that it would be another day before he could replace the fuse. But he made sure I had some heat flowing thru the apartment so I wouldn't be without during the cold night. He came out the next day replaced the fuse and then just finished up replacing the thermostat. Amazing customer service and communication definitely knows his craft and takes care of his clients.
