Called other HVAC companies and they gave us the go around and tried to make us join a subscription service. All i wanted was heat back to our house for thanksgiving and family was staying in town. Hemal came out and gave a assessment and came back the following morning and found the culprit in a few minutes. Turns out a bird got inside the house and went inside the inducer motor. They were very helpful in the beginning that's why the 2 stars. But I didn't use them in the end. Ended up paying a $250 for them to say my tub is cracked and I need a new tub. Referring me to an another contractor that deals with home improvement/ repairs and the agent came out but never called back. So I felt like I was getting the runarounds. I luckily found a contractor that does everything ( instead of waiting to hear back from the two separate contractors). read more

From the moment they arrived, it felt like they weren't interested in diagnosing the issue. They didn't inspect or attempt to repair my water heater and immediately told me I needed to replace it. That may ultimately be true, but after only four years, I expected a more thorough evaluation. While the estimate was free, it wasn't worth the time spent waiting all day for them to show up. I'll be contacting other plumbers for service and would advise others to be cautious, as the focus seemed to be on selling a new unit rather than troubleshooting the problem. Edited Review: I contacted the owner, who was professional and helpful. I appreciated the phone call. She understood my frustration and offered several ways to repair the relationship. While I'm not sure if I'll use them again, the conversation went a long way toward making that a possibility in the future. read more

By recommendation from a friend who's neighbor had recently used 702 PlumbAIR, they are who I ended up using for my recent plumbing disaster. I was planning on replacing a Delta shower faucet cartridge after I had got the replacement part from warranty. I had prepped the handle days before with vinegar/lactic acid paste, thinking from past experiences, that was the "hardest" part. Everything from the handle to brass collar all came off easily... EXCEPT the cartridge. Apparently Delta's shower faucet cartidges have been KNOWN to "bond" to the brass valve sides due to water corrosion, etc so the cartridge was unremovable. After a few attempts to try to wiggle it out, i gave up and didn't want to risk damaging the valve. Luckily my friend had called for me and found out they had a "2-4pm" opening the same day. Dalten Diggs (i hope its the right name. going off the text you get about the scheduled appointment and when the technician was en route) had came fairly on time and had told me the siutation with the Delta valves and cartidges. He even tried wiggling it out himself too without any success. In the end, he quickly recommended a valve replacement to Moen's brand, who is known to be EASY to replace the cartidges, good warranty, AND themselves made a cartridge removal tool (if needed, because the other company doesn't, despite the known reputation of those cartidges). Per this technician, Moen actually creates a repair kit for this kind of situation. Replaces the valve as well as comes with a LARGE oval plate to cover the hole that will be needed to cut to do the replacement. If he didn't need to run out to get this kit and return, he would've been well within that 2 hour window (went over 30 minutes). Very nice guy. Young but skilled. Not the prettiest hole he cut but job done. Price definitely FELT steep, considering probably the cost of the kit but you're definitely paying for their time and expertise. There's no way I'd be cutting a hole like that nor doing copper soldering within a wall... read more

I was very disappointed in the service I received .The technician didn't even attempt to fix it. All he wanted to do was sell me a brand new one.. when the switch was turned on, you could hear a humming sound so it wasn't dead. Not happy at all I wish he would've made an attempt to fix it and then tell me there was nothing that could be done and I needed a new one, but that wasn't the case.. not happy will keep looking. read more

Response was fast, the technicians were great, but the price was extremely expensive. I needed to replace two bathroom sink cartridges on my wall mounted sink to stop a slow leak. I purchased the cartridges from the sink manufacturer but was having trouble getting the old ones out. I just didn't have the right tools. Cost was $295 (before 10% coupon) to unscrew the old cartridges and screw in the new ones I purchased - 5 minutes worth of work. That's a big tool tax. Again - I appreciate the professional and knowledgeable techs, but I can't recommend this company for small jobs based on their pricing for this job. read more

I needed a replacement HVAC since mine was very old and needed multiple repairs. 702 was not the cheapest on the market but they were one of the highest rated and they had a reasonable price. Yall will learn the hard way if you don't understand lowest cost is not always best. One of the big reasons I used them is because they also offered through a third party 18 months no interest financing. I spoke with Sherrie a few times and she worked with me on fixing some errors and some compensation. I am very satisfied with their work and the timeliness of completion. I would recommend them for you AC or plumbing needs. read more

I actually had two plumbing problems. I remembered my husband had used 702PlumbAIR to help install our new refrigerator so I decided to call and see if they could fix either of my two issues. I had my yard cleaned up (another project I had done) and threw out my old raggedy garden hose. It was twisted and thread bare in places. So when they disconnected it from the facet there was a constant drip. Tight as I could get it, the facet kept dripping. So I called the one group of guys I knew could do the job right, 702 PlumbAIR. They gave me an appointment for the next day. Right on time I got a visit from Trey from 702 PlumbAIR. He was courteous and seemed to be someone who liked his job! I got really good vibes from him. I didn't see the guy that came to hook up our fridge but trusted my husband's take on the company so I showed him the dripping faucet and he said he could fix it right on the spot. It took about 15 minutes and he was done. I had a second problem, upstairs I had a running toilet. It's the guest bathroom and is hardly used. But after relatives stayed for a week they informed me the toilet kept running after it was flushed. One look at the issue and Trey told me he'd have to order parts and could install on Monday. He actually gave me two options, one I could order and buy the parts and he would install or he could order the parts and install them next business day. It wasn't much difference in price and I had been looking at toilets so I had a price in my head and knew that Trey had not quoted a ridiculous price for the repair. So I chose to let him do it all. Right on time come Monday morning, Trey showed up to do the job. I know toilets weigh a 'ton' and was wondering how one guy was going to handle it but Trey didn't let me down. I had turned off the water and flushed it so it would be drained, he carried the old toilet down and carried the new one in and it seemed he practically ran the heavy thing right up stairs with ease. He had the new install done quickly and efficiently after the inspection I was pleased with the job and Trey shared some time playing with my kitties whom had at first hid from him but by the time he was done they had made him a friend. 702PlumbAIR takes plastic so I handed over mine and paid my bill. He sent receipt by text and Trey was on his way to his next call. I highly recommend 702PlumbAIR for all your plumbing needs. They can take care of emergency needs as well as regular issues. If you're considering their club membership, be aware: the benefits they advertise as included--like complimentary diagnostics--are treated as if they're doing you personal favors. As a paying member, I expected the services outlined in their membership agreement, not to be made to feel like I was asking for something free. They now claim they won't work on HVAC units they didn't install, which is not disclosed clearly in their membership benefits. Even worse, my unit was functioning perfectly before they came to perform a standard spring AC tune-up (after canceling two previously scheduled appointments). I had requested a simple condensation line cleaning. During the visit, I was told everything looked great and that my condensation issue was due to simultaneous appliance use--not a clog. The next day, my outdoor unit completely stopped working--no sound, no fan movement. When I brought out another licensed HVAC company, they found the refrigerant cap was not properly secured, causing a Freon leak. This led to the system being completely out of refrigerant, which tripped internal components and damaged the capacitor. The unit was less than a year old. To make matters worse, it took multiple requests to get their service report. When I finally received it, it did not match the estimate they sent to the BBB in their defense--there were clear discrepancies. They even attempted to charge me for the diagnostic visit, despite it being clearly listed as a membership benefit. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I now feel misled and mistreated--not only by the poor service, but by how the company tried to shift blame and present misleading information to avoid responsibility. I'll be submitting a formal complaint to the Nevada State Contractors Board. read more

He cut a small, neat access opening in the garage wall to reach the leak, replaced the hose bib, and made sure all the new piping was securely fastened to the wall stud. The quality of his work was excellent, and it was obvious he takes pride in doing the job right. Turns out, the sinks are very much up to code. He took several pictures, cited plumbing code, etc. I was relieved that we did not require a repair and that Francis and Pure Plumbing was so honest with me. Francis provided me with documentation of his findings that I can keep for my records and also provide to the realtors/buyers. It has been a pleasure doing business with Pure Plumbing and I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. I hear they have a top notch AC/HVAC division as well.(we never required their services for that though :) )

To start, scheduling the appointment was easy and the office staff were attentive and professional…read more The company was running a $19 promotion for what was advertised as a coil cleaning and inspection service, which sounded like a great opportunity to have my mini-split system checked out. Unfortunately, my experience changed once the technician arrived. After discussing my concerns, only a very limited inspection was performed. The technician checked my refrigerant lines by hand and, during the process, tore part of the insulation covering the lines. The insulation was left damaged without being repaired, repositioned, or taped back together. I explained that I had recently cleaned the system myself and had been experiencing performance issues afterward. By the time of the appointment, the system had fortunately started operating normally again. Despite my concerns, the technician did not perform what I would consider a thorough inspection of either the outdoor unit or the indoor head unit. Several areas I asked about were dismissed with comments such as, "Don't worry about that, it doesn't need cleaning." When I later asked about replacement options and newer systems, the conversation quickly shifted toward sales estimates. I was quoted approximately $11,000 for a new ductless mini-split installation. While I understand labor, materials, permits, overhead, and warranties contribute to installation costs, the estimate seemed significantly higher than I expected. What confused me most was that the technician appeared far more interested in discussing replacement options than addressing the maintenance concerns I originally scheduled the appointment for. At the end of the visit, I was informed there would be a $19 charge. Assuming this was being collected before the advertised coil cleaning service was performed, I also provided a $20 tip. However, the technician then left without performing any coil cleaning service. In the end, I paid for a service call, had insulation on my system damaged, received very little troubleshooting or maintenance assistance, and never received the coil cleaning that was advertised and expected. I left the experience disappointed and feeling that my concerns were never properly addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule. He was running a little long on the house before me, but he texted to let me know that he's still on the way. This is forgivable because he is doing everything himself. He arrived and addressed all of the work that I needed done. He came in with a cost estimate that was surprisingly low. He had to leave temporarily to get some parts, but was back quickly and had all of the repairs done quickly and completely. No more leaks and the bathroom sink has water again. We bought our house in 2023, and the home inspector had noticed that the guest room shower's handle was loose, causing some water to drip from the cartridge whenever in use. Because it was a guest room rarely used, I paid no real attention to it until now, and the drips seems minimal enough. After having Travis from Bosch come out for an annual water heater flush (don't forget to do this everyone), I had him take a look at the issue, and he noticed that the cartridge (and other things in the shower/bath) had corroded to such a degree that the cartridge itself couldn't even be taken off. Because this guest bathroom will eventually be used every day, I didn't want to take any chances, so had Travis supply some options. Travis called Keegan (the owner of Bosch), and he immediately came out to troubleshoot. He analyzed the issue, and the recommendation was to replace the entire tub. So much corrosion had accumulated that leaving it as-is might have caused more extensive home damage down the line (flooding, structural damage spreading to other areas, etc.). While not excited about replacing the entire tub, it was something I had to do...and Bosch was able to have it entirely replaced the very next day. I was warned that a new tub might necessitate replacing tiles in our bathroom floor that get nicked up or broken from the demo, as well as extensive drywall replacement. More added on costs, but this was unavoidable. Well, after Travis and Roman from Bosch spend over 12 hours the very next day, not only does the new tub/shower look amazing, but ZERO tile work had to be done due to Bosch's ability to perfectly situate the new tub and not destroy any tiles, and the drywall work needed to do is FAR more minimal than anticipated. Not having to do this additional work was a lifesaver. All in all, I'm very glad I used Bosch and will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs. The professionalism, clean-up, and attention to detail was fantastic, and I will be recommending them to anyone I see. On a sidenote, don't let a small drip or leak go unchecked for months/years like we did (i.e., don't say to yourself "we never really use that room, so who cares"). Also, for new homeowners, really analyze all facets of the home's plumbing when doing home inspections. An innocuous comment from the inspector about a small water drip or loose handle might seem irrelevant at the time because you just want to finalize the deal, but down the line these "small" things can lead to replacing bigger things. I'm glad Bosch caught this before this turned into a nightmare.

The leak started in my upstairs bathroom and was seeping down through the ceiling into the garage, and my mom had discovered it and was understandably freaking out. I called Bosch Plumbing, and the owner, Keegan Bosch, called me back immediately. He said he could be there within about a half hour, which he did, and quickly identified the issue, explaining exactly what could be causing it. He connected me with a Mitigation company he works with to assess the extent of the damage, which was very helpful since part of the drywall needed to be removed to see the full scope. Throughout the entire process, Keegan and his team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They guided me through the repairs and took the time to answer all the questions from my warranty company over the phone, which was really tedious, and I appreciated that. The repair work was done quickly and efficiently, and everyone I dealt with seemed knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Bosch Plumbing for any plumbing issue. They're responsive, professional, and trustworthy, and I will definitely be calling them again.

Some quotes where a little higher then what I was planning and one was way out there -- they wanted to cap the hose and install a new line --- no thank you! Decided on Hips plumbing for two reasons: very friendly knowledgeable staff and price. Now price: they listened to what I wanted and don't try to upsell me on things o don't need and their prices for parts were reasonable. Once we agreed to a date and time, their plumber came out and institute new hose and faucet (I know there is a fancier term they used but I can't remember what it is). I've been meaning to contact them for a 3rd perspective so the raffle win happened to be perfect timing. Jamal came out to complete the complimentary tune-up & the experience was superb! He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling and pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? He didn't deviate from his initial guesstimated price as he continued to include various extras that would help us put our best foot forward. Who does that? Bumble Breeze apparently lol. After everything was said & done, I told him I wanted to talk it over with my husband & make sure we can afford the financing. No pressure or pushiness on his end. We even agreed on a date of no contact if he never heard from me to ease the indecisiveness. He followed up with me & offered an additional incentive where I couldn't say no. BumbleBreeze with the install, maintenance/extended warranties & extra razzle dazzle of free dryer vent cleaning and sanitization ended up being almost $10k cheaper than my other two quotes!! No brainer. We came up with a comfortable number, finance plan/budget and the appt for install happened in no time. Jesus & Curtis came in and completed the install. Just like Jamal and Larry, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home and their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters and my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered and explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. However, Bumble Breeze made this experience as positive as it could be. I see the reviews and posts about post-install trauma and maintenance. However, after the two pleasant, informative, and professional plumbing technicians I had earlier, I later had a third technician come to my home for an HVAC matter, and he was anything but. About a month ago, I had a toilet backup and called Bumble Breeze. Hugo, the first technician, seemed to clear the clog and warned me that wet wipes should never be used, as they will clog your toilet faster than anything else. Unfortunately, a second technician had to be called days later when the clog returned. Adrian, the second technician, was also pleasant and professional, but after being told I would have to pull the toilet and potentially pay $1,700 to $1,800 to permanently clear the wet wipes, I decided to go in another direction. That direction cost me $300.00 and has completely fixed the problem. After the toilet incident, I was in the Bumble Breeze database and became inundated with offers of a low-cost HVAC inspection. This is where it all went bad. The third HVAC technician was nowhere near as professional, informative, or pleasant as the first two. After he left, I had to call Bumble Breeze for a return visit to fix what the initial technician had inadvertently caused. I asked for a different technician, but the same one returned. Since those visits, my HVAC system isn't working as well as it was prior. I was given an estimate of $800.00 - $1,100.00 by the HVAC technician to fix non-critical findings. Then I received another estimate from the Bumble Breeze office for approximately $2,800.00+/-. This HVAC process is/was extremely distressing and concerning. As a result, it is unlikely I will be contacting Bumble Breeze again for either plumbing or HVAC services. Nothing bothers me more than "low-ball" unprofessional estimates.

They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.
