Came here to test some italian made chinese food since it was closeby to the historical monuments in rome. We were quickly seated and given cold water.
Within a minute of sitting down, the rice and soup were given to us. Other 7 dishes consisting of 2 vegetable plates, 1 fish plate, 1 shrimp plate, 2 beef plates, and 1 chicken plate were delivered every 5 minutes.
The food itself tasted very salty and almost tasteless itself. The chicken tasted weird and almost like it wasnt fresh. Maybe this is from the different breed of chicken they use compared to the ones I have in America. The fish was alright but the sauce made it too salty. The vegetable plates had bok choy but also a lot of salt. The beef plates were ox based and were alright. They were supposed to be salty so I would say it was decent. The shrimp tasted fresh but whatever sauce they used also made it a bit too salty. The rice was decent as well as the soup. Lastly, we were given a plate of sliced watermelon. This was the best of them all. The watermelons were watery and sweet.
Overall, this place is below average at best. I did not have much expectations coming in since it is an asian resturant in Italy but it could have been a lot better. Just adding less salt would have made everything taste better read more
