You need some soy sauce and chili oil for dipping. I couldn't find a shrimp dish I liked so I just went for shrimp fried rice instead of white rice. Caution, there were three whole shrimp cut in half in the dish so don't expect much shrimp in your fried rice. For dinner, I stayed with the Hot and Sour Pork and Sauteed Bean Sprouts for a veggie side dish. We tried their Rice Noodles with Beef, similar to Beef Chow Fun, but with thinner rice noodles. Again, three pieces of flank steak beef in the entire dish. Not too bad. It was tasty and not too greasy. We finished with a Lemon Sorbet. A premade frozen lemon filled with lemon sorbet capped by the lemon top. We could see the server take it from a plastic bag out of the freezer. A unique looking dessert...i liked it frozen. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this in Rome. We also ordered the Chicken in Picante sauce which was very tasty, and roast duck and spareribs in black bean sauce both of which were ok. We also had the house soup at the waitress' suggestion (probably because she knew we appreciated authentic Cantonese cuisine) and Chinese greens.
