We didn't make reservations but got seated right away as it was pretty busy for dinner. Staff were all friendly and kind. Food came out relatively quick which is appreciated. Priced very well to match the portions and they do charge coverage fee about $2/person. Beef noodle soup was delicious and broth was fantastic. The garlic cabbage stir fry wasn't bad for veggies. The shrimp noodle and rice cakes were so good and seasoned well. Beautifully decorated and a dim vibe.

Usually whenever my wife and I travel, we have a small tradition of trying the Chinese food wherever we are. Some would think that tradition sounds weird, but after eating at Tien Tsin I'm convinced that it isn't going anywhere because the food was AMAZING! I ended up ordering miso soup, the Crispy chicken with Cantonese fried rice while my wife got the sweet chili chicken with pineapple fried rice. We also ordered the fried potatoes, which we thought was something special but it ended up just being French fries lol. Everything was delicious, came out hot and fresh, and was a considerable portion size. The service was also great. The waiters were friendly, attentive, and patient with us as it took time to decide what we were getting. Finally the ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful, definitely an ideal spot for a family dinner or an intimate date. If you want a break from the pasta and still want to treat your tastebuds to amazing flavors, this is your spot!

If you need a break from pizzas, pastas, and supplis - this place is it. We got the beef curry, salt and pepper shrimp, and assorted vegetables. These were all excellent. Tip: ask for their chili oil - so good. The portions are small-ish, so we also made an order of Peking duck. Not bad, but still good and we finished everything. Service was great and the ambiance was very nice, peaceful, and pleasant.

Very cute restaurant tucked away. Attached some photos of the menu for my fellow travelers!

This place was nearby the hotel we were staying at and the pictures looked so good. Well, it was very tasty, one of my favorite Chinese food, they did such a good job with all the items we ordered. Hot and sour soup - on point, we got a small one to share between the two of us, lots of ingredients and super delicious. We ordered a pork belly stew pot, fried rice, fried pork intestines with green onions, grilled beef skewers, and stir fry water grass. Everything was what you'd imagined you'd get in Asia... When we got here late evening, it was nice to see many Asian customers dining in. Definitely a really nice spot for Chinese food if you want to switch it up after many days of pastas!

So we picked this place. And I kid you not... It is literally the BEST Chinese food I think we've ever eaten. I lived in Spain. And Chinese food outside of America is very different. AND my husband is "Mr. Picky McPick!" I did not take BEFORE pictures UGH! because we just whomped it down! So my pictures are if half eaten food ! Sorry! The hot and sour soup was top-notch. It was a different heat. Not white pepper like I'm used to. It was definitely chili peppers. But it was still absolutely fantastic. We got the hot and spicy fried rice, which was beyond delicious. We got their Kung pow chicken... Which was different than American Kung pao chicken... But still fantastic! And we got the sweet-and-sour chicken... Which was also different than American sweet-and-sour chicken. But I'm telling you, we ate every last drop of everything. I should've taken pictures of the empty plate. Ify thought it was within etiquette rules. I would've literally licked the plates. We've been in Europe for two weeks and this was definitely one of the top five meals we've had! If you are hankering for Chinese food and you are an American, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Coming from the San Francisco Bay Area in California, I'd have to give this restaurant relatively high marks on a number of fronts. First off, they speak Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Italian from the best that I could hear." The fact that they spoke Cantonese put me more at ease since I knew they would understand some of the dishes that I was trying to order. I do not speak Chinese but someone in our party did. Secondly, the Beef Chow Fun was pretty good and had "Ho Wok Hay" (which translates to "good taste of the wok"). Wok Hay is a slightly burnt flavor from the wok that gives a dish a high degree of flavor. Not too many restaurants have this and this is a mark of a legit Chinese restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this in Rome. We also ordered the Chicken in Picante sauce which was very tasty, and roast duck and spareribs in black bean sauce both of which were ok. We also had the house soup at the waitress' suggestion (probably because she knew we appreciated authentic Cantonese cuisine) and Chinese greens. The portions were fair and the prices not too cheap or expensive. I was just glad to get good quality Chinese (Cantonese food in Rome). The restaurant is simple and looked reasonably clean, the staff was friendly but a little hurried as they had a fair amount of takeaway orders. We will be here for a couple more days and will likely be returning.
