Although it's a cavernous space, one man decided it was his office and was making a lot of sales calls, so we were treated to hearing that unless we moved to the back side of the business. Next time, we'll save a few bucks (and our sanity) and go to Starbucks across the street! We like to support local businesses, but this was abominable.

He was so loud over the rest of the staff that customers around be were putting in their earphones to drown him out. Didn't seem to be a manger on site unless that was the person in charge, which would explain the lazy, uninspired vibe of the staff. At least the coffee was hot.

The star here was the eclair! It was fantastic. Normal casual decor with local artist paintings on the wall for sale. I like this place a lot if for nothing else than that eclair!
