They were playing 70s southern rock when we entered which made me smile, you don't find that often but it made the experience all the better. Every coffee producing country you could think of with multiple washes. I love that they roast their beans so often so you aren't getting a dry and lifeless ground. The honey washed Colombian el silencio has to be my favorite bean I've tried thus far. Hoping they start doing coffee cuppings of their beans. We'd make the trek up from Atlanta any time they do, they're that good!!
