So I don't think that would be an accurate testing plus to add onto that, make sure that you can get the AC warranty if you decide to come here (don't recommend doing so anyway). Yea I did get the warranty and I thought the ac was a part of it and guess what IT WASNT. I'm thankful for the car but they could've done better ways that I wouldn't have to go through hoops trying to figure out why and how they didn't notice it in the first place. I'm genuinely upset because this could've been avoided if they would inspect their vehicles better. But that's just me I guess.

Made a personal visit to American a month before the wedding to confirm the reservation, all good. 12 days prior to the wedding, I received a call from Zip, the rental boy, informing me that the van was overbooked and I was not going to have the van I reserved for my wedding reception. I was beyond upset and disappointed with this, and made this known to Zip. Thankfully I was able to secure a full size van from a different rental agency. Later, the dealership owner called and apologized for the incident. She told me that the van would now be available for me, and was gracious enough to offer at no cost. I'm sorry....too little, too late....don't want or need any other surprises.

So when it came time for us to find another vehicle, my wife had her eye on a specific Hyundai. Looking online, there was NO WAY it would be in the price range that we wanted to pay for the lease. I went in anyway, really to confirm the pricing I saw on the corporate Hyundai website. Well, Jon didn't let that pricing be. He worked with Vincent, a manager, and they were able to beat our price point, tax, title, license, out the door. They were sure to confirm what we wanted (no trying to give us a FWD when we wanted AWD like we experienced other places), and gave us their best price. They were even great to let us make sure it was the right car for us. Of course incentives and deals change all the time in the car business, but they did their best to work with us, and won our business. I could not more highly recommend Jon and Vincent.

We bought a car from them last year, and all we needed was 500 dollars down, i thought it was a…read moregood deal, since im a guy and mechanically inclined, i thought a buy here pay here was a good idea, due to the fact of todays economy, well the car we bought had transmission problems so we returned it after a month, and the salesman chuck told me he would give me a credit on my next car but i needed a additional 500 down to cover the taxes, so i ended up giving him the money and drove off in a different car, well needless to say the other vehicle needed repaired so they took it in and fixed it all was fine for about 2 weeks and the part the "fixed" part went bad, found out they get all their parts from a scrap yard down the road or replace it with a part from a vehicle wrecked in the back, also they charged me 200 dollars for labor and 50% up sell on the part, needless to say they added it to my bill, the only good thing is you can return the vehicle no problems, you just lose what you have paid, oh and the nice cars dont go to the customers the 90 year old owner has to drive them for a year before you can get one, and by that time its trashed, if you want a cheap car that will break down on you and a outragous car payment, you should come here, if you want a wacked out mechanic that reminds you of a character from the hills have eyes have him work on it, if you want a salesman that reminds you of a 50 year old las vegas divorcee go here...also make sure you keep your recepits they mess up alot on how much you have paid and i dont know how many times i got a phone call of a payment never made, that was because someone that works there has a green thumb..

In a very short time like the next week, the gas kid would not close and then the same day, the car would not go into park. I had called the service department to let them know about the gas lid and then whenever I could not put it in the park.....I could get no service person to answer the telephone which made me very upset. The company did take. care of the gas lid and the parking buttonbut weeks later the car went from automatic into manual as my husband is driving down the road and then the next week it does it for me, which made me feel very unsafe about this car as we were going to travel across the country with . Also the button broke for rolling the window up and down passenger side window!!!! REALLY! I Took it back to the and they said it was our fault and we must've accidentally touched a button that caused this problem from slipping from automatic to manual. We never touched any as we were driving we were driving and keeping our eyes on the road. Then I wanted to trade for another vehicle of which it took forever to get any kind of value for this car I just purchased from them not too long before. These people have got me for over 100,000 dollars in labor,parts,and down time.In the past 2 years…read morethey have rebuilt 3 ISX Cummins for us.the first one lasted 30,000 miles.blew a head gasket.took it back to them.They told me I got a bad head from manufacturer.bought another new head.sent the old one back for warranty.the manufacturer completely tore it apart.nothing wrong with it.so I went back to Rush to look at the head gasket,they couldn't find it.The second one blew a head gasket at 50,000.Took it elsewhere.This shop says the head wasn't put on properly.January of 2024 the third one spun #3 and #4 bearings.This motor is junk.consulting with an attorney now.These people have no business rebuilding motors of any kind.They are parts changers not mechanics.Beware of this place,they don't know what they are doing at all.
