Made a personal visit to American a month before the wedding to confirm the reservation, all good. 12 days prior to the wedding, I received a call from Zip, the rental boy, informing me that the van was overbooked and I was not going to have the van I reserved for my wedding reception. I was beyond upset and disappointed with this, and made this known to Zip. Thankfully I was able to secure a full size van from a different rental agency. Later, the dealership owner called and apologized for the incident. She told me that the van would now be available for me, and was gracious enough to offer at no cost. I'm sorry....too little, too late....don't want or need any other surprises.

We spent over $3,000 on a warranty that wouldn't cover the repair bill based on the verbiage of the claim. My truck was repaired, Fidelity called it an adjustment. Claim denied... ... I will never buy another vehicle for Baumann or their "warranty" with the car.
