The last time I went there I had a tooth ache, to which he examined my tooth and said there was nothing wrong. Went home, was up ALL night from tooth pain. Went in the next morning when he proceeded to tell me I needed a root canal and gave me a script for pain med. I asked if he could please call it into the pharmacy for me so it would be ready for me ASAP, as I was in soo much pain. He looked at me like I had asked for something unreasonable. Got to pharmacy, the script was not called in which meant after being up all night in agony, I had to wait in line (understandable) but, then another 20 min for my script to be filled because they did not call it in.

They were patient, reassuring, and constantly checked in to make sure I was doing okay. For someone who gets nervous about dental work, having people who actually listen and genuinely care about making you feel comfortable means a lot. Dr. Vanderpool was supposed to pull the tooth but he has not been in the office too much. I would stay away from this dental practice.
