Medical assistants are super friendly... well the ones that take you from the waiting room and bring you back the ones that are in the front are absolutely disrespectful narcissistic workers, the doctor is so rude and not lgbt friendly or blm advocate. Dr Malla is absolutely incompetent. I've had fillings done by her twice recently and both times she's screwed it up and then argued with me. I've been left with a rough, gritty surface, sharp edges that cut my tongue and a filling that is "high", not allowing me to properly close my mouth. The first time, I noticed the gritty-ness while I was still there and told the assistant but opted to wait until my next appointment to have it fixed. She told me it was fine, that it was just my normal tooth but finally listened and fixed it. Today I had another filling. This time I told her it wasn't right while I was still there and she again told me I was wrong, that it's "fine" and that it was just because I was still numb that it felt uneven. I called back a few hours later and told the office manager what was going on. In order to get it fixed, I need to take MORE time out of work and lose pay because she won't stay to fix her mistake. My jaw hurts because I can't properly close it. My tongue has scrapes from her shoddy work. Never again read more

Absolute trash. Wait time is ridiculous, no communication whatsoever. Multiple appointments for braces that were confirmed and when I would arrive, I would be checked in and after waiting 20-40 minutes, I would be told the new appliance had not arrived and they were "sorry" - this happened 4 times. When a spacer was put in, it was done so with such little care that even with being cemented to my son's teeth, it would fall off. I was then told - maybe he was too young for treatment. I was treated disrespectfully multiple times, the office manager would take me to a side room, listen and be apologetic to what happened. However, absolutely nothing would change at the next visit. I would speak to him again and he would simply brush me off with another empty apology. Words mean nothing when your staff is beyond unprofessional and unorganized. I spoke with corporate- I was told a formal complaint would be issued and I would be contacted - but I never heard from anyone. I called again to see when I was getting a response and I was told it was being "looked into" with no further response. read more

Less than one year and my partials are falling apart. First the front tooth breaks and ends up looking crooked , then the bottom partial cracks on the side, now, the front tooth fell off. NOT WORRH IT. spending your money or dental insurance some place else. 8 am totally screwed read more

Dr molla is very friendly and always happy to help . I have been coming her for years and they always are happy to see me and are always kind. I have only had Dr Molla but everyone who helps is amazing . read more
