ALL the staff go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. Procedures are explained very thoroughly, which alleviates a great deal of anxiety. Before any work is done, they go over your record, asking if there have been any changes to your health, current medications, etc. They're always asking "Are you okay?" or "Do you need anything?" or just stop when you signal to ask a question or take a breather. They never "dismiss" you and listen very carefully to anything you need to convey. (That's a HUGE plus in my book!) Compassion & quality time are first and foremost. Their finance department makes all the charges understandable and will set up the best possible payment plan for you, if that is what you need. If I could give TEN stars I would!

Poor communication and explanation of procedures, risks and follow-up care. Always a new dental assistant who lacks competency. Office frequently over-charges and regularly makes last minute (even the day of) appointment changes, then, falsely shifts blame to the customer. Perform procedures w/o customer's prior knowledge of cost. Lie about cost. Complete disregard for how their incompetency and errors very negatively impact the patient. -------FAKE nice. Manipulative. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Never take accountability or apologize for wrong-doings and excessive "mistakes." No empathy. Always trying to cover their 'you know what.' Practices like this should be reported to appropriate agencies and even sued. UNCONSCIONABLE.

I had them do some work on my teeth which was excellent, however when I got the final bill, I was told they were not in the network and the cost to me was excessive due to the dishonesty. I have insurance that covers most of the dental cost if the dentist is credentialed in Mass. The dentist I had was not credentialed in Mass, therefore I had to pay out of pocket for 3/4 of the work I had done. I had no idea until I spoke with my insurance company who told me they know when they are not credentialed as a dentist. As an elder, I expected the team to be honest, that was not delivered. I hope this will help others in both young and older age groups when seeing this review. The work is great, the team apparently have no problem with dishonesty and taking elders money from them. Please be honest to your future patients and stop taking advantage of the elders! I informed all of my referrals to you of this so they can make informed choices due to this misconduct.

When you ask for an updated statement with correct insurance coverage, Elsie the office manager, will tell you they can't do that and will talk over you when you are asking why they can't update their invoices. Every time I call I get a different answer or no answer as to what my balance is. When you ask to speak with the owner, Dylan Webber, he won't return your call either. Or maybe Elsie just didn't give him the message that I required a call back? I have never dealt with a more frustrating office in my life. I would avoid at all costs.

I arrived at the appt 4/4 filled out the paperwork, they sat me in a chair. I inquired about the quote I received when I made the appt new patient exam $95.00 and single tooth x-ray $50.00. I was then quoted $170 for the visit, I was confused but said fine. Honestly I was more concerned about the visit and didn't do the math. At checkout I realized that was not the price I had been quoted by phone. Sam wasn't working. While I was inquiring about the pricing, a woman named Carrie proceeded to berate me in the most condescending tone, telling me I came in for an emergency visit. Mind you this is the first time I've heard of this. It is only a matter of $25 which isn't the point the point is I would never give my hard-earned money to a business that treats their customers in this fashion. On top of that I paid $50 for an x-ray that didn't even fully cover the tooth that was in question and spent 5 min with the DR for $120. Seriously ridiculous. I really needed the full evaluation as I anticipated I had other issues but felt like I was being dismissed. Dr G. As that's how I was introduced to him by the hygienist, argued with me about my bridge having metal in it. Which it does. He said I needed a root canal and is referring me to a specialist. I thought this company did all of that. Anyway I've spent enough time processing and not that I usually ever post reviews because I don't but this situation I'm hoping people are more aware when they go to the office if they are cash customers ask the questions, every question you can think about ask it before hand because the quotes they give you over the phone they won't honor.
