ALL the staff go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. Procedures are explained very thoroughly, which alleviates a great deal of anxiety. Before any work is done, they go over your record, asking if there have been any changes to your health, current medications, etc. They're always asking "Are you okay?" or "Do you need anything?" or just stop when you signal to ask a question or take a breather. They never "dismiss" you and listen very carefully to anything you need to convey. (That's a HUGE plus in my book!) Compassion & quality time are first and foremost. Their finance department makes all the charges understandable and will set up the best possible payment plan for you, if that is what you need. If I could give TEN stars I would!

Perform procedures w/o customer's prior knowledge of cost. Lie about cost. Complete disregard for how their incompetency and errors very negatively impact the patient. -------FAKE nice. Manipulative. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Never take accountability or apologize for wrong-doings and excessive "mistakes." No empathy. Always trying to cover their 'you know what.'
