The office (bad manager) solicits them with every visit through emails, so, people who have an acceptable experience, take the bait and leave 5 stars. However, looking at the long-term, this practice WILL harm and betray patients. -----------Owner Hikmat Hannawi's son and daughter are also dentists here. All in the family. They'll cover for each other's inadequacies and incompetency (as do his other long-term employees). In hindsight, my hygienist, Donna, who I trusted, also failed in many aspects of care that led to harmful results. She's not very talkative (which is fine, because I hate when they ask you questions and you got stuff all up in your mouth). He's gentle and does dental work that doesn't need to be redone later. Very friendly guy, as are his hygienists, as is his wife, Cindy, who's at the front desk. He takes the time to answer my questions. Morning is the time to go. The wait times shouldn't be bad if you go later in the day, but if you're there at or before 10am, you probably won't be waiting at all.

I have a terrible phobia of the dentist from a previous dental trauma as a young child. I am specifically afraid of Novocain. I walked in the office and was greeted by the wonderful front desk who put me at ease with their kindness. I was in the exam room and when it was time for me to get numb I started to panic and began to cry. Dr Kevin Truong was incredible. He immediately put me at ease reassuring me that I was okay and did not judge my fear at all. The Novocain was virtually pain free. I did hold my husband's hand and his dental assistant was amazing! I also held her hand as she spoke gently to me to ease my fear. The procedure was far less scary than I had anticipated and I was able to make it through the entire procedure with very little anxiety.
