The staff is SUPER friendly and make you feel very welcome. They even had the idea to schedule my families cleaning appointments at the same time so no one has to wait for the anyone to be finished and we can get on with our day. GENIUS!! (They have multiple dental hygienists that handle the cleanings) They also make it easy to connect with them and can send you reminders by phone, text, or email - your preference. They are kid friendly and have exercised kindness and care when in appointments with my kids to ensure they have wonderful interactions here and feel safe and comfortable in the dentist chair. A few other reviews mention that the pricing scale may be a bit more than other places - to be honest, I've never been concerned with the cost, but I would never sacrifice my comfort or peace of mind to save a few bucks. They never "dismiss" you and listen very carefully to anything you need to convey. (That's a HUGE plus in my book!) Compassion & quality time are first and foremost. And, they do their best to try to accommodate your schedule. He's even on call for your dental emergencies. Which is key for those who get dentist anxiety... LOL! They don't accept a whole ton of dental plans. But, if yours is not accepted, and you have the ability to be reimbursed by your plan, they will even fill out all the paperwork and send it to your plan to help eliminate the hassle on your end. Just be forewarned though, you will have to pay the office and wait for reimbursement from your health plan. Oh...and they are closed on Mondays as well. I don't think they have weekend hours either... Not sure on that. I've never tried to schedule an appointment on the weekend.
