Was asked to schedule a follow up to go over the treatment plan. Did so for 11/15/2023. Then Rock St. calls and says the doctor won't be in that day and they need to reschedule. Appointment ends up moving to 12/19/23. On 12/18, I get another call. Same thing. Appointment then moved to 1/24/2024. Get another call today, letting me know the doctor is no longer accepting new patients and if I like I can add the girls to a waiting list. I sincerely hope these clowns don't think they're going to bill me for that initial eval. Don't waste your time with these people.

Had it drilled and the bite and filling was way too high. Never hurt to floss in between my teeth before and after I got it "fixed" here, i started to get considerable pain. Now the tooth is in severe pain and nothing cold can touch it. Never had a problem with it before. Went to a new dentist and they said filling was horrible, too high so my teeth were cracking it, so they tried to redo it because they said most likely due to the pain a root canal was needed but they wanted to try to fix Dental Dream's mistake first to see if they can avoid the root canal. New filling didn't work, there was too much decay from the first filling that went wrong. Never had any problems with my teeth before coming here and never had a root canal in my life. Now, I'm spending thousands to get a root canal on the tooth they messed up. Do NOT put your health and teeth in this place's hands. You will come in with no problem, and then all of a sudden say you have one, drill into your teeth, make it worse, and then you'll have to spend thousands to get it corrected by someone who actually knows what they're doing. Don't skimp out on going to a very good dentist who is skilled. This place can do stuff for cheap, but they can't even do a filling correctly. Save yourself and others by never coming to this place.

She was sensitive to my heightened gag reflex since I am pregnant and watched for any signs of my gums not being healthy since it's a higher risk during pregnancy. A week and a half later and my teeth still feel SO CLEAN! I got to be in the bird room office - a corner space with enormous windows on two sides and a view of a bird feeder in a big evergreen tree with tons of cute birds coming and going as you get your teeth cleaned. It was beautiful and relaxing. Dr. Lubbe was positive, fun and answered all my questions. It was a wonderful experience.

Their knowledge and experience working with children is evident as the entire office from decor to music was tailored to children; this bit seems less important and superficial but it is tremendous in making a child feel comfortable and as a parent, that your child is understood. On top of all of this, Dr. Park and her team, including Miss Lisa are trained to work with children with disabilities such as those on the spectrum. They displayed this specialty with how they were able to utilize specific techniques and explaining things with social stories. Their sense of urgency is also most appreciated as they were able to coordinate services for my son with Northeast Dental Anesthesia, who is also highly recommended. All in all, Pink Door Dental definitely has me in their cheering section and I would recommend to anyone and everyone. If they took adults, I'd transfer over too!

They started by taking x-rays and shortly after, the dentist (Thomas Unger) came in and explained to me what was going on and also talked to me about some different options. I decided to have my tooth extracted. I cannot stress enough how comfortable he made me feel, I always knew what was coming next, no surprises. Within minutes, my tooth was out and I was pain free. My son used to be terrified of going to the dentist but since we have switched to Lavoie Pediatric Dentistry he is no longer scared. Carin is FANTASTIC and did his cleaning today. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us some tips on how to maintain good oral health at the same time making us feel like we were talking to an old friend. I originally went in on an emergency case basis, and have continued my care from there. Dr. Patil is just wonderful. He and his staff made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. He explains everything clearly, reviews all treatment options, and provides pain free care. I had two root canals performed by him and never felt any pain at all. He even called me personally the morning after a particularly difficult procedure just to make sure I was feeling well. I have never felt so at ease at the dentists office! Their appointments do book up quickly, but you can always leave a note that you would like to come in earlier for an appointment should one open up (and they actually follow up for you!). The office was just remodeled and is very comfortable.. all treatment rooms are private.
