I've called three months in a row because my dentures are broken that they took care of. And I've been pushed aside to say that the only Dr, which is the owner is going on another two weeks. How often does a doctor need to take a vacation when there's no other doctors on call. Say the least it is the worst run office I've ever been to in my life.

5 Stars for Dr. Gomes / 1 Star for Billing Operations…read more Dr. Ashley Gomes is an AMAZING dentist. She listens, takes pride in her work, and I'd be surprised if there's a better dentist out there. My family stayed with this practice for years because of her talent, despite noticing high turnover among the hygiene and office staff. Unfortunately, a recent issue with the billing department ruined our experience. After receiving an unexpected charge that was not disclosed prior to treatment, I attempted to resolve it via email. I received a brief, abrasive response alongside a hand-scribbled bill that lacked clear explanation. To clarify the charge, a Cigna insurance representative joined me on a conference call to advocate on my behalf. During that call, the billing staff member, Colin, was dismissive, repeatedly interrupted the representative, and became heated when challenged. While Cigna successfully got the inaccurate charge waived, our reward for advocating for transparent billing was receiving a certified letter terminating our care. Dr. Gomes is one of the best dentists around, but the unprofessionalism and hostility from her administrative team ultimately forced us out. I strongly encourage management to review phone recordings with Cigna so Dr. Gomes understands how her patients are being treated behind closed doors.

Unfortunately we received a letter notifying us that we were no longer allowed to go back until the balance was paid in full. Unfortunately Dr. Vanderpool only cares about the money. I do not recommend this practice. I also had a tooth pulled, was in pain for two weeks. I did get a quick phone call from another dentist in the practice. Dr. Vanderpool was supposed to pull the tooth but he has not been in the office too much. I would stay away from this dental practice. Unless you don't mind paying through the nose for sub par service.
