I don't recommend them at all.
I visited them 2 months ago to get a couple fillings on my molar teeth's, I was told that the sensibility and pain from it would go away in 3 to 4 weeks, a month later I had to come back due to a extreme pain in one tooth that received a filling, one of their dentists looked it up using a x-ray and told me that: ''The dentist did not remove all the cavity, it was deeper in your tooth''. She prescribed me antibiotics and sent me back home, I asked her If I would have to pay it again she said that the cost of the filling should be deducted on the next procedure. But days later I had to come back to them due to a pain on the same tooth that didn't allow me to work or even sleep during the night, the dentist performed a root canal in the tooth and said that it should not hurt anymore at all, it has been now almost a month since the root canal was done and the same tooth still hurts, specially when I drink cold water. I went back a couple days ago for the follow up and the dentist didn't even take any x-rays, he just told me that it could be the tooth near the one that received a root canal that is hurting/sensible, but it's not, If I press the tooth I can still feel pain in it, and it is the tooth that a root canal was performed, not the one near it.
I tried to call them today to be checked again and they told me to come back on a time that doesn't work for me, as I can't keep calling out of my job all the time, the answer I got is that they're all booked up in appointments, even with me complaining that my tooth still hurts, no response other than no time available...
If you look for older reviews of 2 years ago from Alpha Dental there's one from ''Quinn Corey'' that is pretty much similar, she was complaining about tooth pain and received a diagnostic of 'phantom pain syndrome', she ended up having a emergency visit in other dental care office and the dentist found a crack in her tooth and the tooth had to be removed.
And there's many other 1 star reviews of patient's receiving wrong diagnostics...
For real, if a patient is complaining about tooth pain after a procedure, don't just ignore it like it's nothing. I wouldn't be losing my time and days of work calling for no reason, I'm calling because it is bothering me bad, and the dental work from them did not solve it at all.
Every time that I go back they do a new procedure and say that the teeth's are all good, then I return with pain and they keep telling me I need more dental work, all the time... read more
