After a new lab tech made a mistake with my teeth I wanted to go to a different office to have it corrected. Aspen wanted me to pay another Aspen Dental(same owner) a 300 fee!! To redo it. I called the Aspen Corporate office was told it would be taken care of .. after going to another Aspen office 50 minutes away which was recommended per corporate I was told the regional manager knew nothing about it and wanted me to pay! When I asked for her number they would not give it to me. Corporate never called the Aspen Dental they sent me to it so I was told! This is poor business practice . I had a very good experience here. If you can say getting a tooth pulled is a good experience . Everyone was very friendly and they explained everything they were going to do before they did it so I always knew what to expect. About as good as it gets for an extraction. read more

These people cannot get out of their own way. There's always a scheduling problem or something that will interrupt your original schedule with them. I've also had billing problems with them, I've only been with them for a little while to have all this aggravation. I'm really wondering if it's worth me staying here. They are kind people but they just have no organization and to call someone at six or 7 PM at night to tell them that their appointment is canceled the next day because the doctor is not going to be in the office is bullshit. I can't say enough about this location. Dr. Steve and his staff are seriously top notch. Caring, gentle, compassionate, and most importantly, honest!! I was having an issue with a previous office and I came here for help with my Invisalign. Dr. Steve knew what I needed right away and took care of it, no questions asked. I'm now in my retainers, my bite and smile are perfect, and I couldn't be happier. The assistants here are wonderful, so friendly and warm. The hygienist is so nice (haven't had a cleaning yet, but I will) and Michelle, the office manager, is so kind and just wants to see her patients get the treatment they need. I can't speak of treatment done at any other Aspen Dental, but I can assure you, without a doubt, this is probably the best Aspen and the best dental office in Fall River to go to! read more

They are scammed they had my husband pay upfront and he had a credit of 500 they said they refunded we have been trying to get it since this summer and keep getting the run around . We called the main office numerous times they said the mailed a check to my husband they said they sent it to drive no address just drive they said . The place has our address the issue is they don't want to refund the money they are crooks and are keeping it . Please no one pay ahead there also pay close attention to their so called plan for you dental work it's a rip off and a joke . They get you for thousands of dollars for services you really don't need and it's very expensive. Oh also My husband has free cleanings and x rays I looked at his page they charge for it then have weird excuses . Covered item means covered item . Oh also root canal failed and was way overpriced . Oh and my husband needed upper dentures we looked at the plan they were getting him for upper and lowers . Please don't use aspen dental it was a huge mistake for us . read more

Insurance covers 90% of extractions and 90% anesthesia. Got a quote for 900$ out of pocket with my insurance. So if you did the math they want to charge my dental insurance 6,000$ roughly for 4 wisdom teeth and anesthesia. Went else where and was 50$ out of pocket. Place is a rip off and try to charge you out of pocket for who knows what. Total rip off. Place is an insurance scam. read more

The staff here is horrendous & rude. I'm currently sitting in the waiting room while my boyfriend is getting a check up. This lady walks in & she only speaks Spanish. She doesn't know a word of English at all. Well they have no translators here. So I guess her dentist sent her here to get dentures but they don't accept her insurance. After the woman left the ladies in reception are sitting there making the rudest comments in the world. My favorite was "If you don't know English you need to bring someone with you everywhere you go that does." NEWS FLASH: most dentists & doctors have translators. read more

I went to have my teeth removed and to get dentures. The dentist explained the process and said that after pulling the teeth they would put in a temporary set until everything healed and then they would make a permanent set. He said the difference in the two plans was the length of the warranty. I chose the shorter warranty as I didn't feel the extra time was not economically worth it since he again explained that that was the only difference. I went back numerous times for refitting and I recently had enough of the teeth hurting, not fitting and having to put dental adhesive on every time I wanted to bite of eat anything (several times a day) that I went in and said that I was extremely dissatisfied with the teeth. They stated that the plan that I purchased was not the one that had the permanent dentures it covered only relining the original, when asked why the doctor stated the only difference was the length of the warranty the staff member, who told me it was going to be $665 to get the new ones, said that that doctor was no longer there used to explain it that way. I said i had to do something and they took impressions for a new set. Went back today to get new set, they put them in and the top didn't come close to fitting and the inside if the bottom had parts that felt like grit that upon examination had areas that had rough spot. After being there over 90 minutes and then being told that they were going to grind the top out and try a reline I was upset about this poor solution and left. read more
