Everything people have been writing- like how he walks you through the process, was 100% accurate. He was methodical, explained everything, and there was NO pain. It was the easiest root canal experience EVER. You can tell he has done a million of these, and is the best at what he does. A work colleague begrudgingly told me he was getting a root canal one day and when he told me it was with Dr Kraut, I was excited to fill him in, to his relief, and no surprise- he had the same positive experience.

Unfortunately, I moved from East Side of Providence to Warwick, so this turned from a 5 minute to a 30 minute commute for me. I figured I should find a dental office near my new place, and ended up at a different dental office. It was such a horrible experience that I called Dr. Konicov's office that same day to ask if they had an appointment for a cleaning. They scheduled me for a same day appointment! While at the other dental office I was told I needed to pay over $700 out of pocket because I needed to get some work done (gingivitis, oral cancer screening, etc...) After meeting with Dr. Konicov and his dental assistant, they let me know that my teeth were fine and recommended a new toothbrush and paste for me. They even gave me the toothpaste for free! It has been a day since I've gotten that advice, and my teeth/gums already feel so much better! I am so glad that I came back to this office, definitely worth the 30 minute commute. Also, since the other dental office filed a claim with my insurance for the exam and x-rays, Dr. Konicov's office offered to reach out to them to get copies of my exam for their reference! Love this place!

I should have been called so that school and work was not missed once again. very very disappointed in this final customer service experience especially after all payments were made. will not be using them in the future for other needs based on this final experience unfortunately. now i will need to miss yet another activity to go back and hopefully the device will be ready, but who knows bc i will likely not be contacted until my time is wasted.
