I recently had lunch there on a Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Reuben and it was excellent. Even the bread was remarkable with distinct rye taste. My side choice was sautéed broccoli and it was excellent too, flavored with some garlic and a bit of cheese. To drink I had a hard cider, also good. And the service was quick and excellent. I definitely would eat there again. read more

Great breakfast option in the casino. Booths, tables and bar seating. Hostess was lackluster - long line just to be seated, but table service was fantastic. Napoleon was friendly efficient and knowledgeable. He got our drinks quickly, then came back for our orders. Food came out quickly and was good. Only 4 stars due to limited menu - it's not a breakfast buffet, which is okay, but not many choices. I ordered the standard breakfast and the oatmeal thinking the oatmeal would be a tiny bowl. It was a giant bowl of oatmeal but honestly tasted like several packets of instant oatmeal. My bacon, eggs and toast were good, coffee was good (no "to go" cups), and Napoleon made sure we had everything we needed. Hubby liked his breakfast too. We would eat here again! read more

Steelworks Buffet & Grill (Located inside Wind Creek Casino) 77 Wind Creek Road Bethlehem, PA 18015 Minestrone Soup Chicken and Ribs Pizza and stuffed shell Chicken Marsala Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Pie with ice cream If you are looking for quantity in lieu of quality, you've come to the right place. For a fixed price of $30, you can eat and drink all the food you desire. That doesn't really matter when the taste is mediocre. The soup and soft serve ice cream was decent, but nothing else came close. The fried chicken and chicken Marsala with the sides all tasted bland. The stuffed shell looks just as bad as it tastes; even I can make shells better than that. My feelings are never enthusiastic about buffets because the food quality is typically cheaper which results in a less pleasurable dining experience. read more

Asked to sit in a booth & hostess sat us at a table. Waitress was pleasant and attentive. Food was very good. Friend with me had the wings and really liked them. I had the grilled chicken breast and would get it again. Came with spinach & tomatoes and it was a good side. Also a side of green beans. Place is right off the casino floor and is very consistent with their food. read more

Absolutely the worst experience. Lazy entitled bartender and server. The food was terrible and expensive and they forgot my drink. Skip this place, the WaWa has better food and service. I can't believe they haven't fired the whole staff. Just fire them and start over! read more

I like the service more than the food. Server hustled by cleaning out plates quick, refilled drinks, and followed up on any needs quickly. Food had mid-level quality and lack options. However, if you just need to eat specific options and not sample, you'll be fine. I ate a plate of cod, lobster ravioli, and some veggies. I normally sample but just needed some decent food to fill me up in a healthy way. I can see the dissatisfaction from others that have a different standard. The regular menu looks well balanced in options. Be careful of the Sunday hours. They stop earlier than other days. read more

We used our food credits for Lobsterfest. The lobster was plentiful and excellent (tails only), with plenty of melted butter. We enjoyed everything at the buffet, including the lobster bisque and mussels. The salad buffet is fresh, the mac n cheese very good. There's also a fresh pizza bar (very good). The warm apple crisp was really good. The best: self serve soft ice cream with all the fixings. Service is always excellent here. The cashiers and hosts are always helpful and friendly. The dining area is cozy, with tables and booths. read more

For about $30, you really can't go wrong with this buffet, and they also offer at military discount! The only miss was the lemon cod, which was overcooked and dry. The rest of the options were excellent. My favorites were the chicken noodle soup, orange chicken, fettuccini with bacon and cabbage, Italian sausage, and meatball Parmesan. The desserts are also good. Boston cream pie was good as was the chocolate cream. In the way out, I grabbed a cone with soft serve to walk around the casino. The food was fresh, surprisingly tasty and attentive service. read more

My husband and I went to see a concert at the events center and selected this restaurant. Literally the only nice place with little wait. The food was good and Tara was a perfect waitress. If we ever go to another concert there we'll be going back. read more

Only came here for a quick breakfast when staying at Wind Creek Hotel. Breakfast was free , we used our rewards points, Yippee. We had a simple breakfast, but it was fresh and served to us quickly. Our server was polite, friendly, professional. We will stop in for breakfast again when we return. read more

First time at Steelworks, located adjacent to the Wind Creek Casino. A comfort food menu with a midday buffet option is what they offer. I kept it simple with a Reuben and a Diet Coke. The soda lemons still had stickers on them. The Reuben was a nice size and came with fries, but overall, it was a below average sandwich. 3 stars as the people were nice and it's reasonably priced for waiter service, but I'd rather go to the food court. read more

First time here. Had a $5 off coupon from a bus trip. First let me say before i arrived here i checked out the restaurant online and it's not clear online that it's actually a "buffet" because the menu does not give u the option online via the Casino website. i found out on the bud trip it was a buffet. The hostess and servers are nice. however the food is bland. Very bland. it would be better with more food options. No fried chicken! No seafood. the cake tastes stale. no cookies and the fountain drinks has a funny taste to them. I had a few different ones and even the diet. it takes like the fountain needs to be changed. I had orange chicken. it horrible. Terriyaki chicken. No. Pizza. It was ok and corn. It would be better with better food options a little more seasoning and seafood. (They had salmon and it was bland too) . It was ok for 24 dollars. it looks they offer a better menu per order read more

Tried to get lunch here but after server sat us she never came back. They weren't even busy so we won't be going back

Ate on the grill side. Empty on a Friday night at 7pm should have been my warning. Pirogies decent but burned, drowning in bacon and butter, chicken quesadillas served room temp and were cold within a bite, broccoli drowning in some sort of watery butter sauce. My iced tea was good and our server was nice. read more

We loved the experience here! Tara and Eddie made amazing Long Island iced teas one of the best. I've had it in a long time he should be one of the bartenders. I'll definitely return as long as we know that Tara and Eddie are behind the bar two amazing bartenders. read more

"Meh" - I was not expecting great things from an average casino that has some mediocre restaurants. This actually went below my expectations. I ordered something real basic so they couldn't mess it up. A grilled cheese. It was barely grilled. When I looked at the cross section I could see and count each slice of cheese...so it was not melted together and it was not ooey gooey like a grilled cheese should be. It was served luke warm. Side salad was whatever. Disappointing overall. read more

Service was fine. I selected the lunch buffet and was invited to scope it out before paying. I did. It looked ok but I wasn't terribly impressed, being familiar with the casino buffets of Las Vegas. At $30, it cost only slightly less than a good Vegas buffet but offered perhaps a quarter of the options. Lots of starch offerings, only a couple stumps of baked ham at the carving station. read more

I my family and I like it, is not as big as other buffets, but it's clean so far, I like the food. It's pricy though but it's convenient. Costumer service, I have no complaints. It was good. read more

Went to the buffet tonight and it was absolutely horrible they had no choices but four for dinner and cold pizza and no desserts at all except for ice cream very disappointed read more

The buffet was not open for a while because of the pandemic. I'm very glad it has reopened in the last year because they have made some changes that are very significant. They always have ribs, chicken, baked fish as well as many different sides to choose from. There is always a pizza and pasta bar open where you can choose your favorite toppings and sauces. I've never had any problems with food freshness or quality. Only once or twice I've been there and the ice cream machine was out of service or something. Otherwise it's been great, I definitely get my money's worth. read more

This place sits inside of Wind Creek casino. Nice place to relax between gambling or before leaving. Tv for watching sports is always a bonus when eating. They play some pop rock music in the air. Had the quesadilla and chicken wings. The Honey Garlic wings are always on point. Cooked just right. The spicy quesadilla was not so spicy but the flaky bread was good for it. One of the quieter places within the casino to eat in. read more

Service was great. Place looked nice. Food was terrible. I ordered the fish tacos. The shrimp was over cooked, the rice was 100% minute rice, and everything about it was so cheap. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi and had one bite and spit it out. Shrimp wasn't even cooked and the whole dish was grey which I've never seen before and the garlic bread was frozen garlic bread. My cousin had the burger and it was ordered medium and came out like a hockey puck. Need to hire a new chef ASAP! 100% do not recommend. Better off walking 20 feet to Urban Table which was 100x better. read more

There's not many options for food at Wind Creek besides the food court. My husband and I had a room and after a morning of gambling we decided to try their buffet. I saw a lot of negative reviews, but wanted to try anyways. We were seated at a booth in a corner and we were so cramped we had to sit next to each other. My husband and I tried almost a little bit of every dish. I loved the salad bar and the pizza, but everything else, (including the dessert) was not seasoned well. For example, the gravy for the mashed potatoes tasted like corn starch. Everything from the mac and cheese to the fried rice and pasta salads were FLAVORLESS. I ended up eating two plates of salad and pizza. Believe the reviews and save your money! I'm giving them a star for their salad and pizza and another star for our waitress who took good care of us. I wish the casino had some better food options, but we actually had better food at the food court for dinner. We stop. read more

Avoid the buffet. It's not horrible food but it's not great either. Definitely not worth $20+. The ribs and mashed potatoes were decent. The Mac and cheese was the worst. The pizza looked bad. The dessert station was a mess and not fresh looking at all. No labels on any of the desserts. Had no clue what most of it really was. I left thinking maybe we should have just ordered meals but from the reviews here it looks like we didn't miss much. Our server had weird vibes as well but everyone has bad days so we still tipped. We won't be back. read more

One thing I would like to say after eating here, it's overpriced at $24 per person. They should offer some sort of discount or some coupons. Also, no prices are posted up for the cost of buffet. I hope that they continue giving unlimited beverages and coffee/tea along with your meals, I gave them one star for that. Some of the food is very good, some just okay. The following selections was good: coleslaw, freshly made pizzas (especially the one with vegetable toppings), macaroni & cheese was good, unsweetened iced tea with the meal and coffee afterwards was very good. I didn't try any soups or cold deli cheeses and meats. I had a slice of coconut cake which was a little on the dry side. Stay away from the turkey meatballs (too salty), rice pudding and chocolate pudding, wasn't fresh tasting. The thing that ticked me off during our visit, we came with four people and they sat us at a corner table in a busy spot right next to the entrance, near the dessert buffet. We saw a non-white couple who came in right before us get seated by a non-white hostess in one of those comfortable cushioned booths by the wall which was big enough for at least 4-6 people! When I asked the waitress for better seating location, something more comfortable since some of us had hip problems/were seniors, they were so unbelievably annoyed that I even asked! read more

After visiting the casino many times, I finally had the chance to come and check this place out. There's plenty of seating, but they take quite some time to check in if you're coming here for the buffet. We were in line for at least 15 minutes (and it wasn't packed). I've been here twice, once for the buffet with all you can eat crab legs, and another time for the regular breakfast menu. Staff is friendly, and some of the food is good, but I find it's only worth coming to if you're interested in feasting on crab legs. Aside from that, nothing particularly special. I myself prefer the some of the other restaurants (particularly Emerils burgers) much more than Steeleworks. read more

This was our third time to this casino and our first time eating at the buffet. Our prior visits we ate at the food court and were impressed. We intended to eat there again this time but the our bus organizer raved about the buffet and at her suggestion we decided to give them a try. Given the time it was considered lunch and the price was *only* $25/pp. In two hours the price increased to $35, which little or no change in menu items. So be mindful of when you go. Honestly hubby and I were both disappointed. Golden Corral has by far more selections at half the price. To sum it up we saw the following: 2 types of pizza, 2 Chinese dishes, a salad bar featuring less than the grocery store variety, one fish choice + shrimp cocktail, a creamed spinach, several starch dishes, a cabbage casserole, two meats, an empty and unattended pasta station, a few cake choices, ice cream, a sugar free apple pie, and two soups. I did like the cream spinach and it was the best dish I had. Only two varieties of meat and no beef was disappointing so I filled up on starches. The Chinese fried dumplings were hard and overcooked and incredibly salty. I longed for more freshness, perhaps broccoli or fresh green beans. I was surprised they didn't even have corn! It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they had stuffing, but why? There was a pasta bar but only the sauce was there, no pastas, and it was unattended. I did try two of the desserts; the pecan pie was excellent while the German chocolate cake was extremely dry and falling apart. The atmosphere felt clean and upscale. Our waitress did a good job of keeping our waters filled and our plates cleared. There was never a line at the buffet despite being about half occupied. We did see a manager check the temperature as well as several employees stirring the dishes and doing general buffet clean up. We stayed long enough (after all we had 5 hours to kill before the bus ride home) to bypass the dinner time and only witnessed one change in the menu. They added a pork and sauerkraut dish in lieu of a cabbage casserole. Again I was astonished that they didn't add more seafood or a beef dish. I would not recommend or dine here again. While I lost all the comp money I got back from the bus I felt our biggest lose collectively was the $50 we spent to eat at the buffet. read more

Server was great and if I could give her 5 stars I would. Food not so much. Place is clean and quiet. Went for buffet and only pizza was good. Rest of the food was mediocre at best. Better off at Habachi Grill on 191. $30 a person is not worth it. read more

Sadly, we should've checked the reviews before paying $60 for the lunch buffet. We came minutes after they opened and while everything looks to be in order, the food was a complete let down. Meat dishes were dry, vegetables are soggy, bread was stale. Desserts were just as disappointing. Seems everything was just stored and perhaps warmed up to be served ?
