Prime Storage.... Went from $280 a month in July to $421 a…read moremonth in August for a 10x30 that I have been in since November of 2017. When I went into the office I was told they would drop the price back down to $350 a month and that I would receive a $75 credit for August but only if I kept my business with them. I have yet to receive it and have gone into the office multiple times (September, October, November and December) to be told I should see it on my next bill. Well $350 in January and still no credit is absolutely the reason for this review. Also, they have informed us that they will also add an additional charge if you need to have access to your unit at night. Apparently they will be locking out the codes for everyone who doesn't pay this extra charge even though it seems most of the time now one of the two gates are having issues and are open. Hopefully this is helpful to anyone looking for storage in the Portland area.

We called him about advise about local movers and he was unable to provide us with any support, because he does not appear to have any professional relationships that would benefit his customers. We paid $95.00 per month for 30 months and the Ellsworth's simply cashed the checks. $3000.00 worth of no effort income and Tom worth not even allow us to use the office bathroom. We had to relieve ourselves in a disgusting Johnny on the Spot with obscenities scrawled on the filthy unkempt inner walls. Unbelievable when it's all about collecting $ and zero customer contact or care.

The women was very kind and understanding and said yes.We called to let them know we were on our way today to come so we can get her birth certificate The women working Terry was immediately rude and said you pay your bill I'm not letting you in I explained very nicely the situation she began to get hostel and loud and began screaming would not even listen to what the owner said was OK. I have contacted MSSA and this is not the 1st complaint about this facility :( My opinion to the owners GET NEW A EMPLOYEE! Because Her behavior is bad for your business. I just would like to add that I had a friend call to resolve this since Teri was so out of control and a women name Janet the one I spoke to first thinking she was nice I was wrong she is just as rude as the other and still no resolution We are Tenants trying to pay a bill and they are now giving the run around!
