Brunswick Self Storage was an excellent experience from start to finish. Dave and the team were consistently accommodating, professional, and easy to work with. It's refreshing to deal with people who communicate clearly and actually follow through. Even though there typically isn't someone onsite, they were always quick to answer the phone or return calls promptly. That level of service is something a lot of the big-box competitors seem to have lost. In the past, I've had to chase other storage companies down just to handle basic issues. With BSS, everything was straightforward, easy to pay, and well communicated throughout the entire process. I'm genuinely grateful for how smooth and stress-free they made everything.
