I was able to " reserve" a spot which I would suggest since Simba is a monthly lot that opens available space to daytime parking. During events and busy times, it could fill up. This is not in and out privileges though during their "open " manned hours, it probably could be worked out. I contacted them first through messenger to get pricing and policy then called to actually arrange our parking. Payment is cash upfront on arrival. All communication was friendly and efficient. I'd highly recommend Simba if you don't want to deal with trying to find overnight street parking in old Port. It was $30/night ( Dimillios is $45). I'm sure there are cheaper options but this allowed the reservation and took away any worry about arriving and not finding an open lot. I'd park here again.

Parking is difficult to find nearby, especially for those with mobility problems. However, on multiple occasions when the sign at the entrance said "FULL", we have asked the attendant if there was possibly a handicapped space despite the signage. EVERY TIME they were able to accommodate us and did so with a smile. We have been so grateful to these young men who went out of their way to be helpful. The garage is huge (about 7 levels), and I've never seen it fully packed. There's always plenty of spaces on all levels, on both weekends and weekdays. One City Center Parking Garage is secured with cameras, conveniently located by Monument Square, and can be accessed from two different streets. Plenty of elevators and staircases make it easy for people to exit the garage. We really, really love parking here since we live in the area. It is $150 for the monthly pass, and they charge our EZ Pass directly. We then go in and out without having to swipe a card, and we absolutely love it. The application process to get the monthly pass was quick and the staff was always very attentive. TIP: The rooftop level provides some sweet city views of Portland.

The Ugly: *We have friends in the area, and they warned us of "predatory parking garages" that don't state their prices before entering.
