My sister rents a storage with them and she has recently become homeless with 3 kids. She is running about 12 days behind on her payment She is well aware she can not get in her unit till it is paid. She spoke to I believe is owner a few days prior to this to ask if she could get her birth certificate out so she could get a ID to cash her check and pay them. The women was very kind and understanding and said yes.We called to let them know we were on our way today to come so we can get her birth certificate The women working Terry was immediately rude and said you pay your bill I'm not letting you in I explained very nicely the situation she began to get hostel and loud and began screaming would not even listen to what the owner said was OK. I have contacted MSSA and this is not the 1st complaint about this facility :( My opinion to the owners GET NEW A EMPLOYEE! Because Her behavior is bad for your business. I just would like to add that I had a friend call to resolve this since Teri was so out of control and a women name Janet the one I spoke to first thinking she was nice I was wrong she is just as rude as the other and still no resolution We are Tenants trying to pay a bill and they are now giving the run around!
