Like Noyes' moving service, this is one of those things where spending a bit more is worth it: this place is clean and temperature controlled, and the staff are all super helpful. They're always monitoring so you'll feel perfectly safe even going down those various hallways that are dark at first (don't worry, the lights turn on via sensor!). It's always a breeze to pull in and load and unload; there are plenty of carts and a huge elevator. Once I leave I never think twice about my stuff here--which is as it should be, because I know it's in good hands!

Absolutely HORRIBLE…read more The ladies there seemed visibly upset that I had the audacity to even be there, let alone bring my returnables. Even more-so because I didn't count them beforehand. They were extremely rude and were loudly trash-talking me while in their "Employees Only" room. Calling me "F***ing lazy", "Ignorant", and saying they "don't have time for this". I refuse to return to this redemption center. I was treated like dirt for doing part of my daily life on their time while they had to do the job that they signed up for on their own free will. Regardless of whether or not they have dealt with some rude "customers" before, I was not rude in any way nor was I disrespectful to them. If I could leave a 0-star rating with this review, I would.
